Had a great experience! We needed repairs to the garage at the home of my 90 year old mother. They were able to give us same day comprehensive estimates with 3 different price point options. Essentially a band-aid repair to fix the immediate problem as inexpensively as possible. A second midrange repair and a third complete repair. I appreciated the consideration of giving us options as well as a senior discount. Excellent customer service and professionalism.

This was my second time using Precision Garage Door and they did not disappoint. My service tech was Bachir Garbi this time. If I could, I would ask for him every single time. He was thorough in his explanations, extremely patient with my questions, and did an amazing job replacing our garage door springs, cables, rollers, and bearings. He took great care and attention to his work - hard to find people like this nowadays in any industry. He is at the top of my list to contact again with any garage repair!

My garage door spring broke . I called Precision Garage Door and told her about my spring being broken. And I was talking to a live person instead of AI. I ask if they come today and they did. about half hour later Jose called and will be at house in 10 minutes. Jose explained to me what has to be replaced and told me how much. from the he started to finished he did a great job and great customer service.

Very good urgent service. My garage door wouldn't close on Sunday morning. I called Precision, a live person answered, and set up a same day appointment. The repairperson arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and completed the repairs within an hour. 5 Stars. They came out on very short notice. The spring on our garage door snapped. The technician got that earlier than expected, assessed the problem right away, gave us two quotes, and fixed the problem, all within an hour and a half. He was also very knowledgeable and experienced, patient and thorough in answering and explaining things first to me and then to my husband. The best customer experience I’ve had.
