Josh is really nice guy and true professional! He came before the time frame their company gave me and explained what is wrong and what he is going to do to fix Before he starts. I have heavy 2 car garage door took him 3 hours to fix it But no complain that I hear from him. He is the best. Thanks. Josh!

I had my garage repaired by Precision Door Service on 9/21/18. First off I want to say that scheduling the appointment was painless. I phoned in the morning, spoke to a live person, and they were able to get technician on site in South San Francisco within 2 hours. The technician that arrived was Blake Z (Tech ID # 58). Blake was terrific. Blake had excellent customer service skills and was very polite. He took a look at my garage door issue, diagnosed the issue, explained to me what the problem was, and offered me options along with the pros and cons for each option. Once I decided on the repair option Blake went to work and got my garage repaired. After the repair Blake performed thorough testing to make sure that the garage was fully operational. He cleaned up his work space and made sure I was satisfied with the work he had performed. I will definitely use Precision Door Service for all of my future garage repair / replacement needs and I will also recommend them to my family and friends. To Pat Prendergast at Precision Door Service - I want to inform you that Blake exemplifies what a model employee is. Blake was polite, knowledgeable, honest, and has excellent customer service skills. Blake is a true asset to Precision Door Services. Based on my experience with Blake I am a life long customer of Precision Door Service. Thank you for the excellent work.

I chose Precision Garage Doot Services because we had a very positive experience with you several months ago. I made up my mind then, that when it was time for new doors, I would be calling Precision! The first technician that came was very professional, knowledgeable about all the products and process. He was very clear and thorough and took the time to answer our questions. The technicians that actually installed our beautiful garage doors were extremely efficient and focused. They were friendly and answered my questions. Their expertise and professionalism showed through as they worked and answered my questions. They cleaned up well and were very nice and respectful. I will refer Precisiom to all of my family and friends! It was an honor and pleasure to work with you. The doors look amazing! Thank you so much!

Guys showed up as scheduled. They worked well together. Job took longer than they thought it would, but the estimated price remained the same! :) They were sociable but professional and seemed highly skilled. Garage door is so much more smooth and quiet now. Thanks Precision! (none of the service performed categories fit us. they guys had to move the track, adjust tension on the spring and cable, change the opening height, adjust the stop point, and lube the tracks.)

Precision came out within 24 hrs over the weekend to repair our garage, replace spring. They did an excellent job and very well priced. Our service technician was prompt, explained everything well, and very courteous.

I got this company through Angie's List. I was quite satisfied with the office scheduler and the technician who installed two garage doors and an opener at my home. The technician, Paulino, was punctual for both appointments and efficient. He installed a temporary fix on my primary garage door and even came on an earlier date than originally agreed to install the doors. He removed all the old parts and left the place clean. I would recommend Precision to my friends and neighbors.

My old garage door opener was incredibly loud and the door itself was scraping against the track. Josh Kinder was incredibly helpful in diagnosing the issues, quoting a fair price, and installing / repairing necessary components. Very pleased with the work. Josh is great. Highly recommend.

I was disappointed to find that if they would have asked me what type and year of opening mechanisum was on this house, they could have informed me at that time that there is no replacement part and a complete new system will be needed. So I paid $49.95 to have a tech come out and glance at it and informrd us. People that work the phone should forward the call to somone who is familier with door mechanisums .

Our garage door opener was not working properly. After some online research, we decided to go with Precision and we're happy we did! The opener was here when we moved in @30 years ago and was on it's last legs. "Chewy" did what he could to keep the opener working temporarily; he did say we'd need a new motor soon, and when the opener finally gave out, we recalled Precision and had the motor replaced. What a difference! I called in the afternoon and was told someone would be out to do repairs that evening. Joshua was very helpful in showing me exactly what needed to be replaced and got the job done in about an hour. We got everything new except the door itself! New rollers, remotes, motor...the works. We are very happy with the service and would not hesitate to use this company again! I will be sure to recommend Precision to my friends who need garage door help! Thank You Precision!

Precision Garage Doors technician James did a great job servicing the side-by-side garage doors. James was very prompt and professional, and clearly explained the work to be done, getting my approval before starting. Upon completion, James pointed out all the improvements and parts he replaced. James then cleared and cleaned up the work area before we completed the paperwork. I applaud James and Precision for their great work ethic and wish them continued success.

The technician is great, but the company is a FRAUD! Do NOT believe the Life Time Warranty they gave you. I purchased a new door from them 7 years ago, and they gave me a Life Time Warranty for the door and springs KNOWING this is an apartment building at the time. A few days ago, the spring broke again, so I called their service. 2 days later, the technician arrives and told me that the company VOIDED my warranty because this is an apartment building. My question to Precision Door is that how can you just VOID my warranty you endorsed when you KNEW this is an apartment building and GAVE me the warranty when I purchase the door? This is so wrong!!!! Be aware of their business practice!!!
