Al Chorro provide excellent expert service on 3/23/22 regarding my garage door damage by a biker. Al had exceeded my expectation. I had another garage door with a broken spring. Al informed that a technician would need to provide estimate. My scheduled technician appointment for 3/26/22 was missed by technician. My appointment was rescheduled 3/28/22. I met Travis Behn, technician. He was excellent. Unfortunately, I was not prepared for estimated repair cost at this time. I was aware of inspection fee. Travis had kindly waived charges due to missed 3/26 appt. I appreciate Precision's exceptional service and integrity. Because of my experiences in late 2020 and this year, I will be using Precision Garage Door Services for all my future needs. I appreciate the good people at Precision Garage Door Service.
