I used Precision Doors because there reviews were so good. After using them I can see way. They are on time, kind, respectful, clean and patient. They meaning on both service calls they had no problem educating the client (me). I had questions and asked to be shown several different things. Joel was so patient, understanding and thoughtful in his explanations and then made sure all my questions were answered. He educated me in areas I had no understanding and I felt he took time for me. I didn’t get the bums rush which happens on many occasions elsewhere. I tell everyone I speak to how grand this company is. Not to be corny but it’s like family the overall honest and trustworthiness.

Before commencing the project, he patiently explained the options to us to refurbish and renovate our garage door hardware, including the merits of new springs, bearings, and motor.
