Error code 4-6 on wall mounted panel - not cleared. Lubricated and tested opening and closing garage door with remote. Hopefully the error code goes away soon!

I choose Precision because you installed my garage door but I didn’t expect such awesome service and so quickly! I called after two to report that my garage door was jammed. I expected to be told someone would be out in two or three days. He came out around 5 or 5:30. Fixed the door so it works now, showed me how to use the manual opener which I could never work before, helped me reset my code on the outdoor control and reconnected the opener to my WiFi so that I could access it remotely again (that failed during one of our power outages). All in all an outstanding experience and so much sooner than I ever expected!! If I could give ten stars I would.

Picked your company due to rating on diamond certified directory. Called Friday morning and was told a technician would come to our house that afternoon. The tech came and did a great job explaning everything that would have to be done for a proper repair and update of the system. When he left later that day the door was working perfectly. We were very pleased with the work done, installing a new garage door and new opener. The installers were very friendly, seemed to know their work very well and really show that they enjoy working for the company. Our only regret is that we didn't know about their military discount until the work was finished, we are a retired Air Force family {24 years} and very proud of that.

$100 to pull out a nail that was preventing the garage door from opening. Tech was nice and gave useful advice, but didn't tell me how much it was going to cost before doing the work. Otherwise I would not have agreed. I can't afford $100 to pull out a nail.
