L. Baylas phoned to inform me when he would arrive, and he was prompt. He inspected the top panel of the garage door, and said it was O.K. The bottom three panels have been ordered from the supplier. Tina will call in 6 - 8 weeks when the new panels are available and installation can be scheduled. Baylas said we are "good to go."

My wife and I heard a bang in the garage and went out to see that our garage door springs had both broken. Within 40 minutes of calling Precision Garage Door service, Brandon showed up, assessed the problem, gave me a quote, and fixed it perfectly. He put the proper size heavier-duty American-made parts and springs in my door at no extra charge, lubed up everything, fine-tuned and tested the door. And it only took him 25-30 minutes. The door works perfectly now and is much quieter than before. I'm very happy.
