He diagnosed the problem, clearly explained and showed us parts that needed to be replaced, and presented options to us. My experience with precision garage doors could not have been better. The technician , Brandon, was knowledgeable and efficient. He showed me exactly what had gone wrong with the garage door and assured me that he would be able to fix it within two hours. It’s an old door, but it now run smoothly and quietly. Brandon suggested I schedule an inspection in a year to see if any readjustment needs to be made. There is a three year guarantee, The price was reasonable and getting an appointment for repair was easy

This is my first time to contact and utilize Precision Garage Door of Bay Area to perform routine Tune-Up, Lubricate, and if needed, repairs and installation of replaced parts, etc. Mr. Bachir Gharbi showed up at my residence. He did an evaluation and assessment of my Insulated Garage Door with the LiftMaster Motor. He recommended a number of critical parts be replaced such as Springs, supporting Bars, Rollers, Cables with Spools, etc. He informed me that it's going to take an estimated 2-3 hours. As a result of the service, my Garage Door is operating much smoothly and with greater ease. The difference is a much more efficient and operating Garage Door! I am very, very pleased with the repairs and installation of the replaced critical parts of my Garage Door and it's good for the next few years! Kudos to you, Bachir! I'm so glad that you stopped by my home to address the apparent challenges and issues that I have been experiencing with my Garage Door for the past 6 years. As for Precision Garage Door of Bay Area, highly recommended for those who have a Garage Door at their homes. Have it maintained and serviced at least once every three years or so. THIS WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION. THE PRECISION TECHS CAME OUT TO CHANGE A SPRING SAID IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 1-2 DAYS TO ORDER AND WOULD BE BACK IN A FEW DAYS TO INSTALL. AFTER RECEIVING AUTHORIZATION NO CALLS WERE EVER MADE IN FACT WE HAD TO CALL SEVERAL TIMES ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT WE WOULD GET A CALL BACK.....GUESS WHAT NO CALL!!!!!! WE CALLED AGAIN SAME STORY FOUR CALLS LATER NOTHING WE CALLED ANOTHER OFFICE AND FINALLY WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE THE TECH A WEEK AFTER. SCHEDULED FOR 10AM TO NOON. WHEN TIME CAME TECH NEVER SHOWED UP WE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES THAT DAY ONLY TO BE TOLD THE TECH WAS UNAVAILABLE AND COULD NOT BE REACHED. HE FINALLY SHOWED UP AT 130 TELLING US THAT HE TRIED TO CALL BUT WE JUST NEVER ANSWERED. LEFT NO MESSAGE NO TEXTS NOTHING. EVEN AFTER PAYMENT NEVER RECEIVED A FINAL RECEIPT. THE TECH SAID IT WAS SENT VIA EMAIL OF COURSE NOTHING CAME THROUGH. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Torsion spring broke on my 30 year old 2 car garage door. Called at 8:30 and got a 10:00-2:00 window same day. Text updates with arrival status, tech showed up around 11:00. We discussed what services I wanted and proceeded with door "rebuild" and new automatic opener. Job completed in less than 2 hours. The tech, Nathaniel Lapidez, was great!!

My experience with Precision Garage Door could not have been more satisfying. From my first phone call, asking for service, to that service, itself, including the restoration work completed, all in less than 8 hours! That brief, 'start to finish' time frame, was itself astonishing, in my years of experience... I had been concerned about our garage door, fearing for some sort of breakdown, e.g., one of the springs suddenly bursting. Our service person, Joshua studied our circumstance, gave his diagnosis and provided 'treatment', with 5-year warranty, and for less than $900! Now our old door no longer sounds like a weary battleship coming in for drydock maintenance, every time it's opened or closed. Now a word about service person Joshua. He met me with warm, friendly countenance, continuing throughout. Obviously, he was fine technician'. At the same time, he was a fine teacher, explaining to me why he had to do what he would do. Patiently. Although I could have settled for lubrication of the multiple joints of our garage door and accepted the possibility that our rickety, noisy screws might last another year few months or so. I did not, preferring the problem settled at that time. Through it all, I experienced pleasantness, with none of the pressure that seems to come with a lot of service folk, who come to your door when you are stuck in such crisis. We are grateful.
