I called Precision because they had done outstanding service at our previous house. Our new house has 2 garage doors, and they both performed with squeaking difficulty. Our technician Phillip quickly diagnosed both situations and came up with a written proposal, which we approved. Phillip repaired several dozen weak points. I came home from giving a golf lesson and our garage door wouldn't open. It went up about a foot and stopped. My wife and I were finally able to get it open so I could park my car. We have your decal right by our opener switch so I called the phone and promptly got a representative who was fabulous. Never expecting to get the door fixed on a Sunday, she said your company could be at our house in an hour or so. She was courteous and a pleasure to speak with. She said the tech would take a look at the problem and then give us an estimate. WOW!! That's great service. In about a hour or so Paul showed up. He was great. Very polite. Extremely professional. He told us he thought he knew what the problem was and after a few minutes came back inside and gave us three options. We chose OPTION TWO because the OPTION THREE didn't see necessary. Our motor was working but it wasn't the latest model. We gave Paul the OK for OPTION TWO which included new parts and new rollers. The estimate was very fair. We simply couldn't ask for a better experience. The whole "thing" from start to finish took less than three hours and now we have a perfectly working garage door that is guaranteed for three years. We are very, very happy with your company and the excellent service you provided and special THANK YOU TO PAUL for a job well done. Thanks again.

Your technician, Phillip Nguyen, arrived within two hours of my call for service. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken spring and pointed out several problems with my over 20 year old garage door. He carefully explained my options and the price of each and when I gave him the OK he quietly went about fixing my problems. When he was finished he carefully explained all the new features and how to access them which wasn't easy since he was talking to a couple of 70+ year olds. Answered the phone, made an appointment, showed up as scheduled. Seemed a bit expensive, but... when the door is broken more than anything else you need them to show up and fix it. I got a full estimate with various choices prior to any work being done. Paul did a great job. Got it done in one appointment (redid all mechanicals and replaced opener). Programmed all remotes and waited until I had the car remotes programmed before leaving. Walked me through the operation of new opener. Cleaned up and removed all old parts. Highly recommend.

Having service available on a Saturday afternoon was a great. Our spring was broken and we could not lift the door automatically or manually. We needed our car early Sunday morning. He quoted me a price on repairs of a 25 year old, 5 panel roll up wood door before he continued. He installed a new spring and cables and much more needs of such a old door. Everything went as planned, Tech was great, install done correctly. Only issue was neither of us could program Home Link on my 2006 Corvette. Tech knocked off another $10.00, to bring price down to $609.00. I did get a call from a competitor after I made the appointment and Teck was enroute. They quoted me same opener at $545.00 total price installed. So I think you should check you’re pricing to be competitive? I stayed with my appointment even though that cost me money. I was told my springs are getting weak, but quoted price of $175.00 each to replace seemed excessive to me. Another company has a special at $250.00 for both?

Our garage door opener started making these really loud noises one night when we were trying to close our door. The next day it wouldn't work at all! We decided to call Precision Door Services since they had same day repair! we called early the next day and they had someone out within 4 hours of us making the call! Hector arrived and was able to replace our motor with a much more up to date one! much quitter then our old one. So glad we went with Precision Door Services.
