I have used Precision Doors several times and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend them for their prompt and professional service. Your technician, Phillip Nguyen, arrived within two hours of my call for service. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken spring and pointed out several problems with my over 20 year old garage door. He carefully explained my options and the price of each and when I gave him the OK he quietly went about fixing my problems. When he was finished he carefully explained all the new features and how to access them which wasn't easy since he was talking to a couple of 70+ year olds. I was very impressed by his friendly, courteous demeanor and his sense of humor. A job well done! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

My neighbors recommended Precision and I am happy I followed their advice. Phillip and Pablo were terrific to work with. I got a clear explanation of what needed to be done and even got a lecture from Phillip at the end as how to lubricate the equipment. I also appreciated that they cleared up after the work was done. No mess. I too will recommend them. It might be a good idea to send a technician prior to the work for an estimate since the cost for the new spring and other materials was higher than I anticipated. Had the gentleman out here to see about adjusting the garage door for a gap on the left bottom of the door. He did not give reasonable options to fix other than replacing the Concrete floors to make more level. I had Clarks pest control out earlier today and they installed new weatherstripping to my garage door and it still did not fix the issue so your garage door tech recommended that I call Clarks pest control back out to see if they could put a sticker weatherstrip on it. As a garage door repair service call we feel as though he should have offered to put a thicker weatherstrip there versus me calling my pest control company to do so. His main option for us was to rip out the concrete. After long conversations he offered to replace all rollers, etc since it’s an older door. But did still say it would not fix it since it’s an issue with the floor. Overall a waste of $50 and would never recommend the service.

5 Stars!! I had a cable that unfurled and other stuff that resulted in my garage door not working. Phillip did a great job of explaining the cause for the malfunction and then how a door should work. He did a great job of repairing the door and also advised me how best to care for it by lubricating the joints He was on time, courteous and professional. Great job! I've switched to Precision. My usual provider was not working this weekend so I remembered this name on a television ad. Lucky me.

Our garage door broke a spring Saturday evening at 11:00 PM. I was able to reach a live person - Ashley - who set me up for a service appointment on Sunday. I was pleased to find out there was NO extra charge for a weekend, emergency call. My tech, Phillip Nguyen, called to give me an ETA. When he arrived he was ready to repair the spring and make recommendations to ensure the continued operation of my door. He was polite, personable, capable, tidy and very efficient. He was able to complete the work in about an hour and a half. I would recommend Precision Garage Door without hesitation. Their service is Exceptional. Hopefully I won't have to use them again anytime soon but I put their sticker on my garage door and WILL call them if every I do.
