I came home from giving a golf lesson and our garage door wouldn't open. It went up about a foot and stopped. My wife and I were finally able to get it open so I could park my car. We have your decal right by our opener switch so I called the phone and promptly got a representative who was fabulous. Never expecting to get the door fixed on a Sunday, she said your company could be at our house in an hour or so. She was courteous and a pleasure to speak with. She said the tech would take a look at the problem and then give us an estimate. WOW!! That's great service. In about a hour or so Paul showed up. He was great. Very polite. Extremely professional. He told us he thought he knew what the problem was and after a few minutes came back inside and gave us three options. We chose OPTION TWO because the OPTION THREE didn't see necessary. Our motor was working but it wasn't the latest model. We gave Paul the OK for OPTION TWO which included new parts and new rollers. The estimate was very fair. We simply couldn't ask for a better experience. The whole "thing" from start to finish took less than three hours and now we have a perfectly working garage door that is guaranteed for three years. We are very, very happy with your company and the excellent service you provided and special THANK YOU TO PAUL for a job well done. Thanks again.

I called at 2pm and by 4:30pm technician Paul Brinkman was evaluating my doors. One door had been accidentally backed into and bent. A second door did not lift well - the right hand spring clamp had slipped. He quickly diagnosed the third door as needing new bearings, rollers and springs - This made sense because that door is used far more often than the others. Paul managed to straighten the strut on the bent door and adjust it back to smooth operation. All the doors are now operating smoothly and with much less noise. I'm very happy with the work and the promptness of the service!

Our garage door recently started to occasionally get stuck when pulling up. I called Precision Garage Door Services because I saw their sticker next to our garage door opener, which meant the previous owner of the house had worked with them too. They could send me someone in 3 hours from my call. Paul was knowledgeable and thorough. He quickly identified the issue, gave a quote and explained in detail what needed to be done. Once we agreed on the fix, he implemented it within his original time estimate (actually a little faster) and even fixed another issue (our garage door always left a gap on the top panel). Answered the phone, made an appointment, showed up as scheduled. Seemed a bit expensive, but... when the door is broken more than anything else you need them to show up and fix it. I got a full estimate with various choices prior to any work being done. Paul did a great job. Got it done in one appointment (redid all mechanicals and replaced opener). Programmed all remotes and waited until I had the car remotes programmed before leaving. Walked me through the operation of new opener. Cleaned up and removed all old parts. Highly recommend.
