We had wonderful experience with Bachir as he quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a solution and quote for the repair. While the cost was more than expected, Bachir made our experience worthwhile. The repair was done a few days later after parts were received. Bachir was able to repair our door timely. The first Technician that Precision Garage Door sent out to my house, to measure and show me my options for a new garage door was very polite and courteous and answered all of my questions. He explained all of my options to pick and choose what I wanted in a new garage door. About 3 weeks later, my new garage door arrived from Florida and Precision Garage Door Service called me to schedule a date to have it installed. Yes, the doors were made in the USA. No tariff’s to worry about. The second Technician removed the old 2 car garage door and installed the new garage door in 1hr and 40min’s. A one man operation, I was impressed. When he finished, he removed all the left over debri on the garage floor and took away all of the cardboard boxes and old panels from the old garage door. When he was finished, he tutored me on everything I needed to know about the operation of the new garage door. The new garage door is beautiful and sealed from the outside elements. It is amazingly quiet when I open and close the door. I’am a very satisfied customer and will let my friends and neighbors know about the quality service and quality of the product that Precision Garage Door installed for me. My garage door opener was not working. There were quite a few things wrong with it or broken. Brandon was the service person that came out. He explained and showed me that the various parts of the old opener were broken and dangerous to leave as is. The sensors, rollers, spring, lights, motor all were out of code or broken. He installed a new opener that has so many bells and whistles. 2 new remotes, an external keypad, light sensor, wifi and app enablable. I am so happy with it. It really is the features that you appreciate. The new one is so quiet and I no longer fear that the door will fall on me someday. Thank you Brandon.

Salvador did an excellent job inspecting all of the operating parts for our 20-year old door for wear with safety in mind. We knew the opener motor had burned out, but he also checked springs, rollers, bearings and cables. We have an extra heavy solid wood door and many of the parts were worn and dangerous. He explained to us which ones were worn out and what had to be replaced. He was professional and did a great job installing a new opener and replacing rollers. The rest of the parts that were worn will be replaced during a second trip since they had to be ordered - unique to our very heavy wood door. Thanks for the excellent service!
