We recently had Precision come to look at our issue with our garage. Precision's rep, Bachir Gharbi, was assigned to diagnose the problem. We had wonderful experience with Bachir as he quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a solution and quote for the repair. While the cost was more than expected, Bachir made our experience worthwhile. The repair was done a few days later after parts were received. Bachir was able to repair our door timely. We highly recommend Precision expecially Bachir.

didn't know whether I would find anyone on a Saturday to repair a garage door that failed to open. The big spring that makes it possible for the electric motor to lift the heavy door suddenly cracked. It was a chaotic situation because contractors needed to get into the garage to do work in the backyard. Our technician, Bachir, made a point of getting to our place early in the day and completed his work before the other contractors arrived. His service was great!

I called Precision to repair my existing garage door opener. I was unable to open or close and lock the door using the existing opener. Daphne from the service department gave me excellent help as I was looking for cost effective solutions to repair or replace. She scheduled someone to come out within 1 hour. Bachir was my service rep. And he was awesome! He worked with me to test the door, asking questions, to determine solutions. He proposed a plan to replace the existing motor with a cost effective solution and within 2 hours I was back in business with a working door.
