Very happy with our new garage door. We had to get a new door installed after our very old door broke. Moran Criveano came out the next day and patiently answered all our questions and took her time to take careful measurements. We were happy with the price, which seemed reasonable. The install went smoothly, and Moran was super responsive throughout the entire process. We had to reach out numerous times for questions about painting (we got a factory white door that we want to paint), expectations on install day, etc. She always texted back within minutes.

The end panels of the garage door were sagging in the open position which prevented the garage door from closing. To correct the sagging, support bars were attached to each of the sagging panels. This was cheaper than replacing the entire garage door. I’m 80 years old and getting a new garage door that will last 20 years didn’t make sense cost wise. He had the parts with him to make the correction, so it was done quickly.

Precision Garage Door are life savers as usual. Caleb Winchester did an excellent job fixing multiple issues that I had. The spring broke (due to age and wear and tear), which what started me to call them and book an appointment. Caleb was able to straighten out one of the tracks which was misaligned. Changed some hinges, tightened up the belt on the garage opener, changed the cabling, and lubed all of the parts that needed it. The garage works like new.
