Garage Door Repair Reviews in Novato, CA (Updated June 2026)

Caleb Winchester and Miles did an excellent job fixing our garage door. Garage door broke 3pm Saturday. Fixed by 9:30am Sunday. I am impressed by the service offered by Precision starting with my call for help. Caleb called 30 minutes in advance, as promised. I was able to track his truck as he drove for the repair.

I called with a garage door problem and got an appointment the same day. Patrick arrived at designated time. Patrick listened, took pics of door & frame. He then prepared 3 estimates with different degrees of results. He explained all in great detail. I picked one and he got to work. I could not be more pleased with the work he did. Professional & friendly! I'm glad I called PRECISION GARAGE DOOR!

Precision Garage Door service, namely Sheridan Abad was terrific! He was kind and professional. I had a 20 year old system and the keypad was no longer working reliably to enter the house. Sheridan identified the parts that needed to be replaced, showing me the wear and tear on the old parts. He did not try to oversell anything and gave me options I could consider that fit within my budget. The pictures are of the new system, new motor, keypad, 2 remotes and a User Guide. He showed me how to operate each new item, and the new system whirs softly when opening and closing! No more screechy old rusted rings from the old system. I am thrilled with Precision and especially with Sheridan Abad.!! His years of experience really shine as he upgrades my system. We were having quite a few issues with the garage door of our home. I called Precision Garage Door & they were able to make a house call quickly. The technician, Patrick arrived and seemed to understand our problems with the door. He recommended several ways to repair the door. He explained the cost, time & what to expect. Patrick was attentive, friendly & worked with ‘precision’ to repair the door to our satisfaction. Based on my experience with PGD, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. They are what I expect from any service company.
