Was quoted one price over the phone and another that was 50% more when technicians started. They added extras that we did not want. They did not ask us where we wanted door opener and keypad located before drilling into our walls. Very disappointing from a company who claims they can be trusted.

The technician came and told me he does not fix swing door entry gates. This is what I had told precisely when I made the appointment. So all in all very disappointing experience.

I was very disappointed in the service. I called and asked for advise to set my remote app on my Iphone. Instead they sent out a tech. He was no help and refused to give any advise. He was very rude. I was chaged $70 for no help or advise. I will think twice before I call again

Service was good, but cost of rollers at $30 each was way too high, even when accounting for labor. A 10-pack of rollers cost about $30, and I was charged over $400 for a ~45 min service call. Way too much.

Well I only received an unwritten quote/estimate for the 49.95 fee I paid, so I was not too impressed with the first impression of your company. Definitely customer service training is strongly encouraged. Good Luck in improving customer service.

Garage door did not fit the opening. The height measured was off about an inch on top, leaving a gap on the top, and the width of the door was short of the opening, leaving a gap on one side. The measurements were off, or there door was not made according to the measurements. Installer had many issues, but not his problem.

Precision Door took time to remedy the problem. They performed the task within one week of the installation to my satisfaction. Garage doors look very nice.
Comment from: Jan YagiThe mail box lid is getting rusty. Can you replace it with a better one.

Had the gentleman out here to see about adjusting the garage door for a gap on the left bottom of the door. He did not give reasonable options to fix other than replacing the Concrete floors to make more level. I had Clarks pest control out earlier today and they installed new weatherstripping to my garage door and it still did not fix the issue so your garage door tech recommended that I call Clarks pest control back out to see if they could put a sticker weatherstrip on it. As a garage door repair service call we feel as though he should have offered to put a thicker weatherstrip there versus me calling my pest control company to do so. His main option for us was to rip out the concrete. After long conversations he offered to replace all rollers, etc since it’s an older door. But did still say it would not fix it since it’s an issue with the floor. Overall a waste of $50 and would never recommend the service.

My garage door spring center support ripped itself off the wall - probably originally installed with too-short screws. I called, described my situation, and asked if someone could fix it and re-tension the springs. Their technician arrived on time, took a look at the garage, and told me that he will not tighten old springs. So I paid a $50 service fee for that. The springs are indeed old but in good condition. If you don't tighten old springs just say so on the phone.

Your technician told me that state regulations did not allow him to attempt any repair. He immediately tried to sell me a whole new door and opener. He further told me that my unit had a malfunctioning mother board and I should not use the unit. The next day I had someone else repair a loose wire connecting the opener to my malfunctioning wall switch. This fixed my problem. Needless to say the call was most unsatisfactory and unethical

I will not pay your bogus company a dime. In fact I am reporting your company to the BBB, Yelp, and ABC 7 on your side. Your Technician came here and was here all of 5 minutes. I expressed I wanted the LOWEST price and that I and unemployed. Within those 5 minutes he said $2,200 to fix my door, that was his LOWEST price. He said I would need EVERY part of the door NEW. I told him to get out of my house IMMEDIATELY. $2,200 was the lowest price? HE DIDN'T EVEN PUSH THE GARAGE DOOR BUTTON!!! Well, I called a different company for a second opinionpany to the BBB, Yelp, and ABC 7 on your side. Your Technician came here and was here all of 5 minutes. So I called Best-and-Local Garage door service for a second estimate. Their Technician Ben came hit the garage door button and the door WORKED. So he just did a minor sensor alignment and he felt bad having to charge me less that $200 size he didn't repair anything. AMAZING I will never consider your company for anything. I recommend Best-and-Local for everyone. Phillip Hernandez

Our garage door would not open or close. I called for a technician. He came out promptly. All he did was move the sensor 1/2 inch and charge me $113.95. ($89 for labor to twist the sensor 1/2 is OUTRAGEOUS! plus the service fee) I will NEVER use this company again. He could have told me it was out of ailment and I could have made the decision to fix it myself or have him fix it. He did not tell me the what the problem was. Very deceiving. Even the a/c repairman that was in the garage fixing our a/s at the time was shocked at what transpired.

I give this company zero stars for keeping me waiting over 4 hrs for the tech to arrive. Who wants to wait that long for the tech to arrive and then find out they are the last appointment for the day? If I was informed I would get this type of treatment, I would have called someone else who treats customers better and shows up on time. This could be you so BEWARE of this company! I tried to call the company after waiting 4 hrs and the person taking the call did not want to help me until I insisted she find out if the technician was coming. She may have been the one who decided I get to be the last appointment because it was convenient for the technician to end his day near his home. This is not customer service when the scheduling is favorable to the technician, but not the customer. BEWARE--this could happen to you! A four-hour window for service calls is not reasonable so don't use this company because you could be waiting five or more hours for someone to show up!

The technician is great, but the company is a FRAUD! Do NOT believe the Life Time Warranty they gave you. I purchased a new door from them 7 years ago, and they gave me a Life Time Warranty for the door and springs KNOWING this is an apartment building at the time. A few days ago, the spring broke again, so I called their service. 2 days later, the technician arrives and told me that the company VOIDED my warranty because this is an apartment building. My question to Precision Door is that how can you just VOID my warranty you endorsed when you KNEW this is an apartment building and GAVE me the warranty when I purchase the door? This is so wrong!!!! Be aware of their business practice!!!

I was very dissatisfied. The company pulled a bait and switch. My estimated cost went from $1264 for opener / installation over the phone to over $1800 when the tech arrived.
