After setting up to have our garage door opener replaced, was originally told estimate would be about $1100. Other company quoted us $996. We went with your firm because you were quicker to set appointment. After all was said and done, we had to pay more than just the motor, for springs, & bearings. Total bill ended up $1,729.51. That much and we only got 1 remote control, and had to pay additional for a keypad! Just felt a little nickel and dimed. System is supposed to work with our smart phones, but we have not been able to connect the system to our smart phones. Would have been nice to have that done before tech left. Have tried several times and have been going online to try to troubleshoot. Ordering additional remotes online now too. Tech was willing to sell us additional remotes that were twice as much.

Freddy diligently followed up with me on this job. Their immediate response to our concerns were addressed completely. Freddy went out of his way and adjusted our invoice to cover the cost of the keypad and additional remote control for the garage. We appreciated the efforts Freddy took make sure that we were satisfied with Precision Garage. I would like to revise my rating for Precision Garage to a 5 star rating. Appreciate the professional and immediate response. We will not hesitate to recommend Precision Garage to others and continue to use them for all our maintenance and repair needs. Thank you!

Fast, good, expensive. A quick google search shows that the repair these guys performs typically goes for about $300. They charged me over 1000! I will not be recommending them to my friends and neighbors, but will update yelp accordingly instead.

New garage door Liftmaster work good. I no like that they don't give me nothing for my old garage door motor when they put in new one. Nothing?
- Yoshi Lee
Yoshi, Sorry that you feel that way. Unfortunately, old motors do not have any value. We have to pay to have them disposed of and take them away as a convenience for our customers. I am glad your new motor is working well.

Thought woman said would be $175 for both springs, not just one. I disappointed when technician said it would be $350 for both springs put in. I think it honest mistake, because she hard time understanding me, but me not happy.

$100 to pull out a nail that was preventing the garage door from opening. Tech was nice and gave useful advice, but didn't tell me how much it was going to cost before doing the work. Otherwise I would not have agreed. I can't afford $100 to pull out a nail.
