A friend recommended Precision Garage Door to have them remove my old wooden garage doors that were undependable and have them put in new rolling type garage doors. I called them, had new garage doors put in 2019. I called them a couple days ago, because I heard a ongoing beeping noise, saw on the wall panel I needed to replace the batteries. I called Precision, made an appointment for the next day, a very nice man came, replaced the 2 batteries. He said I had great working garage doors, whoever put them in had done an excellent job. I told him Precision had put them in and it had been great having working garage doors I could depend on, instead of my old wooden ones who would open on their own making my house unsafe.

Precision Garage Door Service is outstanding. They are open 7 days a week and I easily located their website, began a chat with an agent, and scheduled an appointment for the next day (Sunday) at my home in Concord. They sent me a text and email confirming the appointment and also letting me know that a logo’ed truck would be showing up with a technician wearing a green logo’ed shirt. Caleb Winchester showed up right on time and couldn’t have been more processional. He did an inspection on the important parts of my garage door and working components. He replaced my broken springs with 2 awesome looking green powder coated springs and he also replaced 2 bearings so that the most important parts of my garage door system were brand new and offered a full warranty. He was in and out in a little over an hour and I was able to use Apple Pay to pay for the service which is super convenient. Caleb even sprayed lubricant on all of the hinges and in doing so found a couple hinges that were broken. He replaced them also for a very fair price. All in all, my experience with Precision Garage Door Service couldn’t have been any better. I highly recommend them!

We had a fantastic experience with Precision to replace our old, noisy, garage door. They sent an awesome designer Moran Criveano to talk us through our options and she made us feel super confident in our decision. The door arrived in a few weeks and was installed in a few hours. The only thing I’d make sure you do is if you need a new outlet installed, make sure you get that done separately and ahead of time and ask the team to tell you exactly where it’s needed. Otherwise, super smooth and easy process and our new door looks (and sounds) great!

My garage door and opener were installed less than two years, recently the garage door lost its balance; it could open but not close! Called Precision, they sent a technician to check, had found the rollers of both side tracks were loosing , the tech said the rollers were worn out, better to replace the new rollers, the new one has bearings. I asked the price, he took the whole bag of the roller and showed it to me and said $44.95/ea. installation for no extra cost. I agreed, he exchanged them. When I paid the bill, it cost $449.95. In total. I was shocked, he said ten of them. He lubricated the rollers and the tract. However, I have found the door does not closing smoothly today! It has cracked sound when door is closing. The new tracks are made of aluminum, kind of soft for the garage door, compared to my old tracks are made of metal. I am not happy about it.
