didn't know whether I would find anyone on a Saturday to repair a garage door that failed to open. Fortunately, I came across the review for Precision Garage Door Service and even more fortunately, the technician who arrived was Bachir Gharbi. He diagnosed the problem, clearly explained and showed us parts that needed to be replaced, and presented options to us. I could not have been more pleased or more satisfied with the care he took and his excellent workmanship.

My experience with precision garage doors could not have been better. The technician , Brandon, was knowledgeable and efficient. He showed me exactly what had gone wrong with the garage door and assured me that he would be able to fix it within two hours. It’s an old door, but it now run smoothly and quietly. Brandon suggested I schedule an inspection in a year to see if any readjustment needs to be made. There is a three year guarantee, The price was reasonable and getting an appointment for repair was easy

Called Precision Garage Door for a repair. Caleb Winchester was the technician that was sent for the repair. Good communication on when the tech would arrive and repair was done quickly and in a professional manner. Definitely a technician I would highly recommend. P.S. Due to a misspelling of my last name I was not able to give a review to Patrick Leahy that completed a repair for us in 2025. Socki was very knowledgeable and professional. I got the garage tune up and he show me where my garage door parts that were failing. I opted to replace what I was comfortable with. Socki was not pushy and didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need. He replaced everything in a timely manner. Very good service.

Not great. The garage door itself is fine & seems to be good quality. But the service I received was bad enough that I’d never hire them again. The consultation was fine. Then, the first installer showed up an hour after the scheduled window (no text / call from precision) and then told me it was measured wrong and they couldn’t do it. Second installer, also doesn’t show up during the scheduled window (despite receiving multiple appt confirmations). I then try to cancel our contract and get my deposit refunded. Then, 2 hours later, someone shows up and installs the door. Frustrating.

Reached out to them and they were quick and fast in taking my info and having someone out the same day. Caleb, the technician who arrived, was fantastic. He identified other issues that I had no idea about but it made sense. Brandon came today to fix my doors that wouldn't lock and the other one wouldn't roll up. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was going to do. After he was finished I tested both doors and they worked perfectly. I was very satisfied with the service I received. The big spring that makes it possible for the electric motor to lift the heavy door suddenly cracked. It was a chaotic situation because contractors needed to get into the garage to do work in the backyard. Our technician, Bachir, made a point of getting to our place early in the day and completed his work before the other contractors arrived. His service was great!
