I had my garage door assessed (supposed to be annually) for $59. It hadn’t been checked in years and been wanting to lube it because it was getting loud. I called Precision Garage who installed my spring and tech (Paulino) honestly said it still had about 7-8 years to go. What he did solve was the noise by replacing the rollers with best on the market ones that have sealed lubed ball bearings in a nylon casing. Noise level dropped and less strain on the motor. He also swapped out the rubber seal which I don’t think I ever changed but has been a concern because I have our EV charger cable run underneath it. Excellent service, top quality parts, Paulino is a master technician who really knows garage doors!

Competent workman but this company and probably most that are in this business pray on people who are desperate to have their door working again. $1200 to replace the torsion springs and side bearings (retail price of a set is around $200 with bearings). Work was done in less than an hour.

Work was done very quickly and the door works fine. Your person arrived earlier than the time frame I was given and I was just getting out of the shower. His accent was also challenging, but we ultimately managed to communicate well (He seemed to want me to get a new motor in addition to the other fixes even though the only thing wrong with it was that it was noisy.) I would recommend your company but also tell people to get another quote, like they should do anyway (but I didn't). I was surprised by the cost of $2K for parts. It took him less than an hour to fix it which was great but wow, are those parts expensive.

Bachir of Precision replaced the springs on my garage door and lubricated everything. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He clearly explained the issues with my system and gave me a choice of options. I chose not to have the entire system replaced--I'm kicking that can down the road--but he gave me a clear understanding of what can be done in the future. In the meantime, Bachir made it open and close much more smoothly and not bounce around as much as before. This will help me kick the can a little farther.
