I called Precision Garage Door in a panic because my garage door malfunctioned and would not open, with one car trapped inside. I had seen the commercials on TV and 2 friends also recommended Precision. When I called, I was able to make personal contact with a real person who sent a very nice repairman, Raul, that afternoon to investigate and discuss options. The next day, I received a call with an installation date within the next 2 days. The installation team, Del, Miles, and Fernando, were prompt, professional, and very helpful with removing my other car. It was a pleasure dealing with Precision and I have already made recommendations to many friends and colleagues.

Overall a great experience. Sales (Moran/Carlos) was responsive both before and after the sale and the door was installed within the timeframe promised by a very knowledgable and capable tech (Solomon). I may have paid a few percent more for the actual door/opener but the prompt/clear communication and followthrough by the team made all the difference.

They gave me a spread of estimates, the lowest was $1244 but they said was a band-aid. The highest was $3526 which included everything including the motor they said was about to go out. I had to pay a $70 estimate fee. Then I went to Graham Garage Door who charged $350 for complete repair and they said it was in great shape. I picked out Precision Garage Door because of the high ratings but I think they are crooks.

I have been needing a new garage key pad and when I saw the Precision Garage truck working on my neighbor's garage door, I went and asked the repair technician (Paul) if he could help me with a new key pad when he finished my neighbor's repairs. He took time out to make sure he had the correct part, gave me a quote and said he would come by in about an hour when he finished at my neighbor's house. Sure enough, an hour later he came and installed the new key pad. Super nice guy without trying to upsell me and who knew how to do his job without wasting my time! A breath of fresh air, especially compared to the last garage door company I used. Will use again for my next repair!
