Brandon did a fantastic job repairing my garage door that had become tilted due to the cables becoming unwound. it's been 4+ years since the door was installed by PDS. He also replaced the rollers with better ball bearing ones, replaced a broken gasket, and lubricated the door. I can tell he has years of experience and my door is now happy and quiet and smooth.

My door stopped working on a Saturday. I called and Paul came within an hour. A few things were wrong (cables, rotator, rollers etc...) but it was as good as new in a coupe of hours. Lifesavers!!

I've had a couple of occasions to call for service on my old garage door opener and to install a new door after a home remodel, and Precision Door is far and away the best. I’m very satisfied with my new garage door that Gabriel installed. The door is a vast improvement, more quiet, durable, looks attractive and more energy efficient / high tech. Gabriel explained things thoroughly and arrived promptly and worked efficiently. My only issue was the lag time (to wait to get door installed) but I realize this is out of the control of precision. Other than that it was a seamless transaction from start to finish. I would strongly recommend going with precision for anyone considering replacing their garage door.

I wanted to increase security for the garage door. There have been recent break-ins through garage doors in my neighborhood. I ended up having an automatic deadbolt installed that will prevent entry by unlocking the manual garage door release from outside. Though an expensive solution. it does provide peace of mind. I don't know why it wasn't suggested when the original garage door was installed (by another company). In addition, all the rollers were worn and replaced for a much smoother operation (and I'm sure, will be less wear and tear on the motor) The work was done well except there was no attempt to patch the dry wall where the wall was cut out to install the deadbolt or patch the opposite wall where holes were drilled for possible install. Considering the cost of the job ($900), I don't think it's too much to expect restoring as much as reasonable the walls that were drilled or cut open to complete the job. The installer was very knowledgeable and also set the garage door to automatically close after 10 minutes (a feature I wasn't aware of), so all in all this was a good experience.

Service was good, but cost of rollers at $30 each was way too high, even when accounting for labor. A 10-pack of rollers cost about $30, and I was charged over $400 for a ~45 min service call. Way too much.

I like mostly that he took the time to explain the parts and how they work together to make the garage door operate properly. He recommended the parts needed to fix my garage door problem and he made the necessary repairs in a timely matter. It was an overall great experience!

Garage door did not fit the opening. The height measured was off about an inch on top, leaving a gap on the top, and the width of the door was short of the opening, leaving a gap on one side. The measurements were off, or there door was not made according to the measurements. Installer had many issues, but not his problem.

After setting up to have our garage door opener replaced, was originally told estimate would be about $1100. Other company quoted us $996. We went with your firm because you were quicker to set appointment. After all was said and done, we had to pay more than just the motor, for springs, & bearings. Total bill ended up $1,729.51. That much and we only got 1 remote control, and had to pay additional for a keypad! Just felt a little nickel and dimed. System is supposed to work with our smart phones, but we have not been able to connect the system to our smart phones. Would have been nice to have that done before tech left. Have tried several times and have been going online to try to troubleshoot. Ordering additional remotes online now too. Tech was willing to sell us additional remotes that were twice as much.
