This is my second review for the folks at Precision Door. The first time they came out replaced all of the hardware on my garage door, saving the original door - thus preserving the look of my building. At that time they also installed a new opener. Through no fault of their own the opener, while not actually defective, just kind of sucked, They replaced it with a different model free of charge. Once again, Precision door could not have done more to make me a loyal customer. They are the only call I will make for any and all garage door needs.

Al Chorro provide excellent expert service on 3/23/22 regarding my garage door damage by a biker. Al had exceeded my expectation. I had another garage door with a broken spring. Al informed that a technician would need to provide estimate. My scheduled technician appointment for 3/26/22 was missed by technician. My appointment was rescheduled 3/28/22. I met Travis Behn, technician. He was excellent. Unfortunately, I was not prepared for estimated repair cost at this time. I was aware of inspection fee. Travis had kindly waived charges due to missed 3/26 appt. I appreciate Precision's exceptional service and integrity. Because of my experiences in late 2020 and this year, I will be using Precision Garage Door Services for all my future needs. I appreciate the good people at Precision Garage Door Service. Thank you!

This is a 5 star service on a scale of 1 - 5 stars, 5 is the best. From the time I called and appointment made promptly for next day repair for the garage door. The waiting time window is 4 hours but the technician called in advance to keep you informed of the arrival time, and he showed up promptly. The technician answered all questions asked and demonstrated how to maintain and protect the garage hinges by lubricating those vital structures of the garage door. The repair fee is reasonal and senior has discount ! Thank for the professional work, and being available anytime as needed.

Precision Technicians are responsive and professional. They first serviced my garage door that hadn't been serviced in a very long time and were able to do the necessary repairs on the first visit. I had to call them back 8 months later because the outside keypad they had installed wasn't working. Since it was still under warranty, they not only came out the day after I called, but replaced the keypad with a new one for no cost. I strongly recommend them.

The technician was extremely competent. He explained in detail what was needed, and even helped me search for an appropriate light bulb on line and how to install it when the time came to do it. He understood what I may need for my efficiency, like another remote garage opener.

Brandon arrived on time and was fully prepared to do the job. He diagnosed the problem, removed old weather stripping and replaced it with new weather stripping. Before leaving he cleaned up and made necessary adjustments to make sure the garage door closed properly. We’ve used Precision before and they are our “go to” for any garage door issues.

We are SO HAPPY with the service we received today from your technician Joel Jaimez. He was very knowledgable, polite, and explained everything so well. We thought the only problem with our very old garage door system was a broken spring but Joel did a thorough investigation and discovered it was more than just a spring. We never felt that he was just trying to sell us more because he showed us the problems and they were very clearly things that needed repair. Once the repairs were done we couldn't believe how much better our old garage door operated and how quiet it was. We are VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERS! We will be calling Precision again soon to repair another old garage door we have at our office building because we are very impressed. It's so nice discovering a good company like Precision.

They came out the day after calling for an appointment and installed a new garage door opener with all the upgrades to replace our ancient 35 year old garage door opener. The two man crew (Brandon & assistant) were very efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and tidy. We are very happy to have a new garage door opener with a secure auto bolt lock, bright motion activated LED lights and three ways to open (3 remotes, outside keypad and monitoring phone app ability). Plus new springs, cables, torsion bar and precision rollers.
