The service technician Garrett R. was very pleasant, explained the repair work, he replaced the broken overhead spring, advised me that middle bearing was worn and loose recommended that it be replace which I approved. I've had the pleasure of working with two Precision technicians at different times. Both Blake and Mario were pleasant, informative and knowledgeable in their jobs. Blake replaced the cables and old rollers to give the door a smoother ride. Mario replaced the door spring and lubed the screw drive. I am completely satisfied with the results of repairs.

He did a great job of repairing the door and also advised me how best to care for it by lubricating the joints He was on time, courteous and professional. Great job! I've switched to Precision. Mario is a great worker. He arrived at the time he promised. He was polite. He checked everything and explained it all to me. He replaced the necessary parts, including torsion spring. Then he checked it and determined that wasn’t the right fit, so he changed it. And then changed all nuts/screws. It works better than before , is quieter. He oiled all the parts. He did a complete job.
