3/26/21: This was my 2nd time using Precision Garage Door Service. My 1st time was in Sept. 2020 when my garage door hinges needed replacement and my 2nd time was to replace my garage door opener. Both times were serviced by James Walker who did an excellent and efficient professional job making sure everything worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend using Precision Garage Door Service. I selected Precision door because of the work that was done in the past when my spring broke in half. Fof this service call Travis was the technician.. He asked me to explain the problem then he assessed what was needed. He thoroughly explained what was needed to have a functional garage door. Travis provided excellent service, answered all my questions, did a few demos so I can see the quality of the product and left my garage very neat. I called with a broken spring at 2pm. Your man arrived at 5:30 and was done at 6:30. He was very saavy and did a terriffic job. I will be ordering two new, high security openers soon. The parts were very high priced!

Had to wait several weeks while our custom glass panel door was built to precise specs BUT it was well worth it since price was very good price, fits perfectly and is extraordinarily quiet. Best door ever and lots of compliments from neighbors. The tech spent nearly six hours on this job installation and did a perfect job. Top notch workmanship and a great looking door at a very fair price!!

All my interactions with Precision Door were fantastic. I chose them because they were local and I wanted someone who understood our unique neighborhood requirements for garage doors. Larry came out and did the estimate and recommended a door that fit the neighborhood historic district requirements. Luigi came a few weeks later and installed everything as well as hauled away our old door. Everything works beautifully, and we are so pleased.

Paul Brinkman did an excellent job in fixing the broken spring of my garage door. He explained what needs to be done including changing the worn out roller that makes a lot of noise and also fixed the loose bearing. Your technician told me that state regulations did not allow him to attempt any repair. He immediately tried to sell me a whole new door and opener. He further told me that my unit had a malfunctioning mother board and I should not use the unit. The next day I had someone else repair a loose wire connecting the opener to my malfunctioning wall switch. This fixed my problem. Needless to say the call was most unsatisfactory and unethical

Great customer service and professional installation. Al came to give me an estimate, I thought I needed a complete opener assembly and a new door. He was very thorough and told me that my door was fine, just one panel needed replacing and recommended that I use a carpenter to fix that rather than replace the whole thing. The opener had stopped working suddenly (it was ancient), but when Al arrived it was working again - he was totally ok with that and talked me through why it might be intermittent. I decided to go with Precision because he was so honest and thorough. Sheridan came today to install the new opener and did a great job. There were some special conditions within my garage, but he adapted to them easily and I am very pleased with the results. Overall, I would recommend Precision Door highly.
