Paulino M. came out to perform the necessary repairs/replacements to our garage door. I made the call to Precision around 4:00pm and they had Paulino M. out to our house in SSF by 5:00pm!! My wife was the only one home as I had to be at work. She told me that Paulino was extremely courteous. She also said that Paulino worked efficiently and neatly. I checked his work when I got home and was very pleased. I am an Elevator Mechanic by trade for the past 38 years and I easily recognize when someone takes pride in their work. Precision should be proud to have Paulino on their workforce and representing their Company. When we receive service of this kind, pricing becomes secondary.
