Called Precision around 5:15 Tuesday. Lady was very understanding and helpful on the phone. Mike called about an hour later. He was very professional and said he did not have the best garage door motor for my door. He came out just as he said he would first thing the next morning and fixed the door. Smoothest home project ever, we felt so confident in Luis, the sales consultant who came to our house, the price was below our budget, the product was exactly what we were looking for and the time he spent at our house was pretty short, no pushing. We decided to go with his offer and even cancelled the other two appointments we had with two other companies. The job was scheduled for two days later and this is only because we were not available the next day. Luis did promise two installers were going to show up, surprisingly only one installer, Tony showed up, on time. My husband who stayed with him was impressed how one guy can do all the work he accomplished. We're very happy with the our new garage, the front of our house looks brand new. Thank you all for a job well done, your people did exceed our expectations. Will definitely use you again and recommend you to others. A 5 star service.

My garage door opener broke. I called Precision and they were able to come to my home in 3 hours. The technician explained my options and let me choose between 3 motors that he had on his truck.Great job getting me out of a bind.
