Ok, so where do I start. Come home after a long day at work and my garage door won't open. Don't feel comfortable leaving my car on the street overnight. I call Precision Door because there ad says they answer their phones with an actual person 24/7. So call them and the technician arrives about 45 minutes later. Paulino was understanding of my situation and knew exactly what to do fix my garage door and garage door motor right then. Was able to pull my car into my garage and sleep well. Thank you Precision and Paulino!
