I know that the service performed only states Spring Repair but in the end it was a complete mechanical rebuild. Springs, Rollers, Cables and Drums all needed replacement, mostly because when they were installed some of the parts were put in backwards! It was the first thing Brandon noticed when he walked into the garage. Of course we didn’t know that the noise the garage door made wasn’t normal until we heard it after the repair was complete. Brandon was clear and concise, explained everything in advance and also installed a part of the door that had never been installed in the first place. I admit to “sticker shock” when we first heard the total price but I believe that price also includes peace-of-mind that the job has been done right by professionals who stand behind their work. Most importantly, they arrived on time, and with all of the equipment needed to complete the repair in the same visit, even though it was more extensive than first thought. I hope to not need them again (in the best possible way of course) but Precision will continue to be our first call if something goes wrong, and we’re happy to recommend them.

James W. solved our problem with our garage door not closing all the way before starting to go back up. He adjusted the tracks, put in a few new brackets and replaced our 12 wheels, among other things. Our wooden door now works perfectly. Most important was he could tell we didn’t need a new motor (something that a competitor had earlier told me) which saved us quite a bit of money.

Salvador did an excellent job inspecting all of the operating parts for our 20-year old door for wear with safety in mind. We knew the opener motor had burned out, but he also checked springs, rollers, bearings and cables. We have an extra heavy solid wood door and many of the parts were worn and dangerous. He explained to us which ones were worn out and what had to be replaced. He was professional and did a great job installing a new opener and replacing rollers. The rest of the parts that were worn will be replaced during a second trip since they had to be ordered - unique to our very heavy wood door. Thanks for the excellent service!

Brandon (Brooks, I think) was fantastic (again). This is the second time in 4 years when Brandon came to our rescue. I came home from giving a golf lesson and our garage door wouldn't open. It went up about a foot and stopped. My wife and I were finally able to get it open so I could park my car. We have your decal right by our opener switch so I called the phone and promptly got a representative who was fabulous. Never expecting to get the door fixed on a Sunday, she said your company could be at our house in an hour or so. She was courteous and a pleasure to speak with. She said the tech would take a look at the problem and then give us an estimate. WOW!! That's great service. In about a hour or so Paul showed up. He was great. Very polite. Extremely professional. He told us he thought he knew what the problem was and after a few minutes came back inside and gave us three options. We chose OPTION TWO because the OPTION THREE didn't see necessary. Our motor was working but it wasn't the latest model. We gave Paul the OK for OPTION TWO which included new parts and new rollers. The estimate was very fair. We simply couldn't ask for a better experience. The whole "thing" from start to finish took less than three hours and now we have a perfectly working garage door that is guaranteed for three years. We are very, very happy with your company and the excellent service you provided and special THANK YOU TO PAUL for a job well done. Thanks again.
