I’m very satisfied with my new garage door that Gabriel installed. The door is a vast improvement, more quiet, durable, looks attractive and more energy efficient / high tech. Gabriel explained things thoroughly and arrived promptly and worked efficiently. My only issue was the lag time (to wait to get door installed) but I realize this is out of the control of precision. Other than that it was a seamless transaction from start to finish. I would strongly recommend going with precision for anyone considering replacing their garage door.

Everyone at Precision Door was professional, offered excellent customer service, and patiently worked with us as we decided on the exact door and all of its features. Al, the sales representative followed up within less than 24 hours on our many questions. The installation was smooth. Gabriel and Travis were excellent installers. Gabriel V was our technician to fix our garage door. He was very professional and was very efficient. We are very happy with how the garage door came out. have used Percision garage door for the past 6 years. They are extremely reliable, dependable and courteous. I recommend them to all my friends for any door needs. over the years they hand done normal maintenance, replaced door springs, and opener. The person that came out this time Gabriel was excellent. I’m had called time around 5pm on a friday to repair a broken spring and he was able to take the service that day and have the repair completed before 8pm. he even adjusted and extend the door sensors at no extra charge.

Had an opener failure at my house, wife was at home I was in Sacramento; She said who do I call, I said Precision ! She called and got a service window; installer arrived (within window) was great, outstanding attitude and very knowledgeable. He replaced my 20 year old loud opener with a lift master device that is so silent ! Unbelievable experience and a true 5 star experience.

My garage door would only open a few inches, and I was unable to get my car out of the garage. The problem was a tension spring break. After reading a lot of rave reviews, I called Precision. I had plans later in the day, and Tina in the office made sure that a technician would arrive in time to do the repair and get me on my way. Gabe was fabulous. He immediately saw the issue but also took a careful look at the entire door mechanism, asked if I had had any problems, etc. He then priced out the details of the needed repair and offered one additional suggestion, which he made clear was completely optional but would improve the overall functioning of the door. No pressure. He finished the work in less than his time estimate, and the door works perfectly. I'm happy, and I highly recommend Precision.
