We had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Door Service. Our garage door spring broke, and Bachir Gharbi came out to replace it. He arrived early, which I really appreciated, and did an excellent job. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. The company’s communication was also outstanding—from the appointment confirmation and ETA updates to the live tracking of the technician. Everything was smooth and well organized. Great service from start to finish. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and especially Bachir!

Overall a great experience. Carlos Larias was very professional. He walked thru what needed to be done, reviewed my options and executed the work with diligence. What he thought would take about an hour took longer and I appreciated his work ethic. I wasn't aware that work on garage doors could be so expensive. That being said, I don't mind paying for quality work and swift response.
