My garage door opener was not working. There were quite a few things wrong with it or broken. Brandon was the service person that came out. He explained and showed me that the various parts of the old opener were broken and dangerous to leave as is. The sensors, rollers, spring, lights, motor all were out of code or broken. He installed a new opener that has so many bells and whistles. 2 new remotes, an external keypad, light sensor, wifi and app enablable. I am so happy with it. It really is the features that you appreciate. The new one is so quiet and I no longer fear that the door will fall on me someday. Thank you Brandon.

Due to a software glitch, our initial appointment was missed. When the tech failed to arrive, I called for an update. Once Precision realized the problem, they immediately sent another technician. Raul Duenas arrived in record time. We had a very tight timeline, but Raul indicated he could complete all the work in time. He successfully replaced our springs, and rollers and finished 30 minutes faster than promised. I am very satisfied with Precision and will continue to recommend them to my friends. I called to schedule work on my garage door and Mario arrived about an hour later and completed the work the same day. I explained to Mario that I needed a new opener and a physical lock that would prevent the door from opening if someone drilled through the door and pulled the release cord when trying to break in. Mario inspected the door and recommended replacement of the spring with double springs and replacement of the roller mechanism, both to make opening of the door easier with less strain on the new opener. I agreed. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work. The door used to rumble up and down and slam into the pavement to close. Now it quietly glides and gently sets down. It automatically triggers the physical lock upon closer and automatically removes the lock before opening. Very nice, great work.

Sheridan arrived within one hour of my calling for help. There were a number of parts that needed to be replaced because my door was installed many years ago. He did a super job and did it quickly. The door operates perfectly now and is much quieter now when it opens and closes.

When the garage door wouldn't move down we called Precision, who installed things for us. They got us an appointment the same day. Our tech arrived on time and was able to confirm that the spring was wearing out. He replaced both the spring and the rollers so everything works great again. He checked out the system, reminded us how to lubricate the door and told us that if we feel we want an annual check on our older Opener system, we can call to get an appointment. That sounds like a good plan! We are very pleased and grateful for their super response to our problem.

We are very happy with the service. It turned out we did not need new garage doors since our original cedar doors are in exceptionally good condition, especially for their age. We needed a new garage door opener and replacement parts for 2 garage doors since ours were both failing after years of use. We still need to set up our doors to open and close remotely. Al and Brandon were extremely knowledgeable. Brandon did a commendable job for the work on 2 garage doors. From the time we called for a consultation until the work was completed, our experience with everyone was very professional.

Overall a great experience. Carlos Larias was very professional. He walked thru what needed to be done, reviewed my options and executed the work with diligence. What he thought would take about an hour took longer and I appreciated his work ethic. I wasn't aware that work on garage doors could be so expensive. That being said, I don't mind paying for quality work and swift response.
