Our experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was outstanding. From the moment we called until the technician waved good bye after fixing our door, we received top notch customer service. James, our technician, provided friendly, courteous, and professional service while maintaining a good sense of humor. He was everything we needed in a technician after the very stressful experience of our garage door getting stuck. He explained what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost. It was obvious that he enjoyed his work and was excited about rebuilding an older garage door. His trainee Ron was very polite and courteous as well and I'm sure he will be a great technician after being trained by someone as capable as James. Thank you for coming out the same day and working until after 8:00 on a Saturday evening.

Truly impressive company! 1) They send an email confirming appointment time, address and phone number 2) You can see your technician on their website, so you know who is coming to your home 3) Ricky our technician called ahead and arrived on time 4) He did quality work, put in good parts and gave us a long term warranty 5) He was a nice young man 6) They followed up to make sure we were happy with their service. 7) One of the best services we have had. Great job!! I have used other garage door companies before and never really felt comfortable with them. Precision was different. Very professional. People on the phone are knowledgeable. They send an email immediately after hanging up confirming appointment time, my address and phone number. Brandon my technician calls to tell me when to expect him to arrive. He shows up, does a great job explaining everything and gets the door and motor working again quickly. Will recommend Precision to my neighbors and anyone who wants a professional experience at a fair price.
