$100 to pull out a nail that was preventing the garage door from opening. Tech was nice and gave useful advice, but didn't tell me how much it was going to cost before doing the work. Otherwise I would not have agreed. I can't afford $100 to pull out a nail.

After making an appointment, within minutes I received a call from Technician Jonathan Castro. He provided and ETA and arrived on time. After surveying the problem (Broken Springs), a full assessment was done of my garage door. 33 years and it appears that I change springs every 5-7 years. After speaking with Jonathan, I learned why. Jonathan estimated 1 hour to do the job, and he was done much sooner to my surprise. I checked for balance, and operation. Jonathan tightened all bolts/nuts as well. Job well done!!

Garage door did not fit the opening. The height measured was off about an inch on top, leaving a gap on the top, and the width of the door was short of the opening, leaving a gap on one side. The measurements were off, or there door was not made according to the measurements. Installer had many issues, but not his problem.

After setting up to have our garage door opener replaced, was originally told estimate would be about $1100. Other company quoted us $996. We went with your firm because you were quicker to set appointment. After all was said and done, we had to pay more than just the motor, for springs, & bearings. Total bill ended up $1,729.51. That much and we only got 1 remote control, and had to pay additional for a keypad! Just felt a little nickel and dimed. System is supposed to work with our smart phones, but we have not been able to connect the system to our smart phones. Would have been nice to have that done before tech left. Have tried several times and have been going online to try to troubleshoot. Ordering additional remotes online now too. Tech was willing to sell us additional remotes that were twice as much.
