He took the time to show me exactly which parts were worn or cracked and gave a detailed explanation of how each component works. It was helpful and reassuring to understand what needed to be fixed and why. Philip replaced all the moving parts, including the motor. My garage door and opener were installed less than two years, recently the garage door lost its balance; it could open but not close! Called Precision, they sent a technician to check, had found the rollers of both side tracks were loosing , the tech said the rollers were worn out, better to replace the new rollers, the new one has bearings. I asked the price, he took the whole bag of the roller and showed it to me and said $44.95/ea. installation for no extra cost. I agreed, he exchanged them. When I paid the bill, it cost $449.95. In total. I was shocked, he said ten of them. He lubricated the rollers and the tract. However, I have found the door does not closing smoothly today! It has cracked sound when door is closing. The new tracks are made of aluminum, kind of soft for the garage door, compared to my old tracks are made of metal. I am not happy about it.
