The service was excellent. The service technician Garrett R. was very pleasant, explained the repair work, he replaced the broken overhead spring, advised me that middle bearing was worn and loose recommended that it be replace which I approved. The garage door now works smooth and quietly. Overall I’m very happy with Precision performance from the call center - answering calls polite and nicely, office people prompt and quick responses on questions and technician professionalism. Great customer service of excellence.????????????

Paul Brinkman was very intelligent, professional, and detail oriented. He did very detailed analysis prior to recommending to install new Garage Door Opener. He set expectation on device type to install, installation/services to be delivered, cost and repair time. After work was done he provided complete training to my tenants and I. Also he helped with programming the two remotes, and the remote in my car which was greatly appreciated. Overall he is topnotch technician with superb customer service experience.

This is the second time I have used Precision for garage door repair. On both occasions, I was able to get an appointment for the day following my phone call. Brandon got to my home within the scheduled time frame for the appointment I made, replaced the backup battery and serviced my door in a very timely manner. I saw your ad in SFChronicle Newspaper and it impressed me so I called and made an appointment. Garage door was very noisy. Brandon the technician, arrived a day sfter I called. He explained the problem was bearings and a few other things. Brandon fixed the problem and after discussing things with hom I decided to purchase a new motor also. Brandon was very professional and personable. He definitely knew what he was doing. I was extremely happy with the work done by Brandon and also the short time it took to get a technician to my home after my call. Thank you.

I've had the pleasure of working with two Precision technicians at different times. Both Blake and Mario were pleasant, informative and knowledgeable in their jobs. Blake replaced the cables and old rollers to give the door a smoother ride. Mario replaced the door spring and lubed the screw drive. I am completely satisfied with the results of repairs.
