I don’t know where they got so many positive review, this is a money scam company, they charge me for a “Torsion cable for 7' door” for $329 which can get from home depot for $15 dollars, and for less than one hour job they charge me $2214 for a garage door repair, for the same price I can get a brand new door replacement! And when the guy tell me the price on the phone was so unclear make me misunderstand the pricing, when I ask them send me a quote before they do that, they said they cannot, the whole service make me feel like I got rip off, wound not recommend their service!

The Technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. Sheridan came in and changed my garage door spring and updated the Lift Master programming with the assistance of LM’s main office. I believe Precision’s price is overpriced for the work accomplished, especially for seniors with limited income. Sheridan was professional, and I appreciated his assistance.

Our door broke suddenly & of course it was half open! Called & they came same day. Bachir came, explained the problem & gave us estimate. He had everything to fix it on his truck. He did a great job, it’s quieter than before too. Happy we called Precision & would recommend.

Called on a Saturday for an appt and they had us scheduled the next day. Caleb called Sunday to see if he could arrive early, after arriving he was able to fix the garage door within a few hours. He offered recommendations on parts/service but was not pushing things on us. Overall great service.

Rod came to install a new garage door motor a few days ago, who did it efficiently and professionally. After I changed the garage door bottom padding, the door wouldn’t stay closed since the new padding is thicker and closure height needs to be adjusted. Rodney came promptly, asked his boss for permission to waive a minimum fee to repair the problem NOT due to his installation, and basically helped me out for free.
