5 Stars!! I had a cable that unfurled and other stuff that resulted in my garage door not working. Phillip did a great job of explaining the cause for the malfunction and then how a door should work. He did a great job of repairing the door and also advised me how best to care for it by lubricating the joints He was on time, courteous and professional. Great job! I've switched to Precision. My usual provider was not working this weekend so I remembered this name on a television ad. Lucky me.

Joshua came out and fixed our issue. He was on time, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes. He explained everything in detail and made suggestions on replacing parts that were causing the issues or could in the future. Based on his explanations, we replaced some of the parts on our 20 year old garage and opener. The garage door now runs smooth and quiet. I would highly recommend Precision. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Sheridan came out on a Sunday to look at our garage door. He advised us it was a Commercial Motor and he could not service it; however, he explained to us our options and was very helpful.

I want to thank Brandon for his excellent work. He was very courteous and explained what he was doing and why. He advised me to spray the rollers at least every six months. Brandon also advised me as to possible future problems and what to watch out for. When I called they set up an appointment not only the same day. But, Brandon was at my door within 11/2 hours. this is the second time I had used them. You can't go wrong using Precision for your garage door.

Mario is a great worker. He arrived at the time he promised. He was polite. He checked everything and explained it all to me. He replaced the necessary parts, including torsion spring. Then he checked it and determined that wasn’t the right fit, so he changed it. And then changed all nuts/screws. It works better than before , is quieter. He oiled all the parts. He did a complete job.

I am very happy with the service here. I had a problem with our door, which was very old and hadn't been maintained. I called on Thursday and they had a tech out on Friday morning. We revamped the entire door system and installed a new opener. It was a very tricky install due to the space, but Brandon stuck with it and got it done. I'm 100% satisfied with the result and the communication along the way.

5* Had a ~20 yr old door opener. Outside keypad was shot. Ended up replacing the door opener (and remotes and keypayd) and springs. Jerry arrived early. Explained all my options in great detail, so that even i could understand (most of) them. We settled on new springs and a new garage door opener. He was very efficient, very friendly, and very competent.

Hello, Precision is professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to not only the garage door products but the technology. It's Sunday - my expectation was that they would have limited service - I couldn't have been more wrong. They were totally on top of the appointment, communications, and timing. I received an email in the morning confirming the appointment and giving me the technician's name - allowing me to go to their website and read about Mario and his Bio. Once Mario arrived - at exactly the time he stated - he did an assessment of the problem and gave me 2 options. Thoroughly described the outcomes and a complete cost comparison. Once we started, he completed the 'job' quickly, everything was cleared up, tested, and he spent the time with me to program the doors, the remotes, keypad, my car and my phone. He had great patience and made sure he didn't leave until I was able to use everything. I highly recommend Precision.

Our garage door broke a spring Saturday evening at 11:00 PM. I was able to reach a live person - Ashley - who set me up for a service appointment on Sunday. I was pleased to find out there was NO extra charge for a weekend, emergency call. My tech, Phillip Nguyen, called to give me an ETA. When he arrived he was ready to repair the spring and make recommendations to ensure the continued operation of my door. He was polite, personable, capable, tidy and very efficient. He was able to complete the work in about an hour and a half. I would recommend Precision Garage Door without hesitation. Their service is Exceptional. Hopefully I won't have to use them again anytime soon but I put their sticker on my garage door and WILL call them if every I do.

One of the two springs broke on our overhead garage door. It was a present experience from the time I call to schedule the appointment to the time Jerry Parker came to fix the problem. I was very happy that you actually deliver on your same day service promise. Jerry was on time and he listened to what the customer wants and don't want. The technician, Jerry Parker, was very thorough with information regarding the opener. He installed the opener carefully and explained all aspects (some different from our old one). He was very friendly and brought very nice music to listen to while working. We enjoyed it. He carefully cleaned up when he was finished. So far we are very happy with the opener. 5 star
