Paul Brinkman was very intelligent, professional, and detail oriented. He did very detailed analysis prior to recommending to install new Garage Door Opener. He set expectation on device type to install, installation/services to be delivered, cost and repair time. After work was done he provided complete training to my tenants and I. I've had the pleasure of working with two Precision technicians at different times. Both Blake and Mario were pleasant, informative and knowledgeable in their jobs. 5 Stars!! I had a cable that unfurled and other stuff that resulted in my garage door not working. Phillip did a great job of explaining the cause for the malfunction and then how a door should work. He did a great job of repairing the door and also advised me how best to care for it by lubricating the joints He was on time, courteous and professional. Great job! I've switched to Precision. My usual provider was not working this weekend so I remembered this name on a television ad. Lucky me.
