Rod came to install a new garage door motor a few days ago, who did it efficiently and professionally. After I changed the garage door bottom padding, the door wouldn’t stay closed since the new padding is thicker and closure height needs to be adjusted. Rodney came promptly, asked his boss for permission to waive a minimum fee to repair the problem NOT due to his installation, and basically helped me out for free. Rodney from Precision Garage Door just got s life-long customer! Thank you.

My technician was Bachir he did a really good job explained everything to me clearly. I was happy to get a same day appointment being I didn't even notice something wrong with my door till around 1300. Bachir came at the time I expected and was out in about 2 hours. I'm Faily new in this house so I don't know how old these parts he replaced were. I felt the price was a bit high but then again everything nowadays is expensive. I'm happy with the service provided

Joel Jaimez arrived today, coming in from San Jose, which is hell on any Friday. Had our 20+ year garage openers working in 5 minutes. And, he could have told us we needed to spend money on the existing systems in place—BUT HE DID NOT DO THAT!! We were SO IMPRESSED at his honesty that we decided it was time to replace both of our antiquated and noisy openers! In less than 3 hours he had installed both NEW systems, which were NOT noisy at all, and programmed both openers!! He also programmed my husbands Porsche to open the garage!! We will definitely use Precision to replace our garage doors very soon! Than you Joel!!
