Precision Garage offered me same day service. I requested an appointment online in the morning and they had an opening for a technician to visit me in the afternoon. After reviewing and determining the issues, the technician, Mario, explained my options and associated costs. We agreed on a solution and price, and Mario immediately began the work. I expected that I would need to schedule another appointment, but in a few hours the garage door issues were resolved. I'm happy with the work and the technician was helpful and very thorough.

Praise to Brandon Brooks!!! He is my new go to guy! I struggled for a few years trying to find a good replacement for Jerry(my old go to guy) from the company. Brandon is a skilled technician, and if you are keen, you just know. Fixed ongoing issue quickly that was garage door bouncing back up. You gotta deal with a little trial and error because there are some techs that really could use more training and do more talking than actual solving. The bonus was he fixed another concern that 10 other previous techs did not catch. Again, Amazing guy and skilled technician, can’t say enough about him. Brandon, you’re welcome in my home any day!

Amazing Worker! Showed up on time. Asked a few questions such as when did you last service the door. 18' foot wide door. I said in 1972 when I first installed it. He said NO!! That is impossible. He replaced the springs, the bar bearings and the rollers. He was finished in 1 1/2 hours. He had traveled from Antioch. I felt the price was too and the labor was not listed on the invoice. I am guessing it is due to 24 hour service, but I was able to get the car out of the garage.

Raul came out and repaired the garage door opener and added a slide lock for the door. He also lubricated the rollers. Couldn't be better: we discussed the options (try to reprogram the unit versus replace, upgrade to rollers, etc... )and the price points, and he did all the work very quickly. Best of all, he really explained everything about the motor, the keypad, and the remote controls. Learning how that works is really valuable. He knows his stuff and is just a friendly, personable guy. The price was reasonable too.
