My daughter and son-in-law had a new garage door installed and highly recommended Precision. The spring broke on my garage door, and there were quite a few other issues which needed to replaced or repaired. Brandon was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. It's quite possible I overpaid for parts here, $300 for a pair of cables, $600 for two pair of cables, seems quite high, but from very beginning to very end, Precision was very professional, prompt, and clear on their mission to get the job done. Brandon met me on time, offered a clear explanation of what my failure entailed and a couple of good solutions for repair. I chose the one that fit my budget and timeline and he executed the repair in half the time I thought he might. One door is repaired, the other is upgraded, and I am very happy with the work, the response, and the time required of me to facilitate some additional comfort in my home. Well done Precision.

$100 to pull out a nail that was preventing the garage door from opening. Tech was nice and gave useful advice, but didn't tell me how much it was going to cost before doing the work. Otherwise I would not have agreed. I can't afford $100 to pull out a nail.

After making an appointment, within minutes I received a call from Technician Jonathan Castro. He provided and ETA and arrived on time. After surveying the problem (Broken Springs), a full assessment was done of my garage door. 33 years and it appears that I change springs every 5-7 years. After speaking with Jonathan, I learned why. Jonathan estimated 1 hour to do the job, and he was done much sooner to my surprise. I checked for balance, and operation. Jonathan tightened all bolts/nuts as well. Job well done!!

My garage door spring center support ripped itself off the wall - probably originally installed with too-short screws. I called, described my situation, and asked if someone could fix it and re-tension the springs. Their technician arrived on time, took a look at the garage, and told me that he will not tighten old springs. So I paid a $50 service fee for that. The springs are indeed old but in good condition. If you don't tighten old springs just say so on the phone.

I will not pay your bogus company a dime. In fact I am reporting your company to the BBB, Yelp, and ABC 7 on your side. Your Technician came here and was here all of 5 minutes. I expressed I wanted the LOWEST price and that I and unemployed. Within those 5 minutes he said $2,200 to fix my door, that was his LOWEST price. He said I would need EVERY part of the door NEW. I told him to get out of my house IMMEDIATELY. $2,200 was the lowest price? HE DIDN'T EVEN PUSH THE GARAGE DOOR BUTTON!!! Well, I called a different company for a second opinionpany to the BBB, Yelp, and ABC 7 on your side. Your Technician came here and was here all of 5 minutes. So I called Best-and-Local Garage door service for a second estimate. Their Technician Ben came hit the garage door button and the door WORKED. So he just did a minor sensor alignment and he felt bad having to charge me less that $200 size he didn't repair anything. AMAZING I will never consider your company for anything. Called in the morning and they were able to send out a technician out in a few hours. Tim, the technician, offered me plenty of options and advice. We agreed on what to do and he went to work. Tim was very efficient and clean at work. He was able to finish his job in a timely manner. My garage door sounds like it was a brand new door. It was everything I was hoping for. I found Precision Doors to be professional at all levels. Brandon from Precision Doors made the repairs. Not only did he replace the broken spring, Brandon pointed out and replaced failing bearings. He also checked door alignment and fixed a couple significant issues there. As a result, my garage door works better than ever (25 years here).

Called Jason yesterday at 5:30pm. Setup service appointment for today. Jerry arrived exactly on time. Showed him door and the issue. Then he went to work and showed me what he would do and at what cost. After we approved the work he took care of door. No parts required. He mad necessary adjustments and lubricated everywhere needed. The door and opener are about forty years old but now work fine. Took about 90 minutes for work. We are happy!

Job well done. Service A1 because of technician like Sheridan Abad. He is very thorough in explaining what the problem on our garage door opener and told and showed us what to do with the sensors when the problem arises again.
