A spring snapped on our garage door. We had worked with Precision before on a garage door repair, and enjoyed the experience, so we knew who to call. Chewy was able to come out the same day, replace the springs and fix the door. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything he was going to do. Always appreciated. The price was a little steep, but it was a fairly major repair. At the end of the day, I have confidence that the job was done right, and that the repairs will last. If we ever have another problem with our door, we'll be calling Precision again.

This is my 2nd dealing with Precision in about two years. The first experience was not just good but excellent. This time around was even better since it involved replacing my old, defective garage door opener!with a brand-new one. The technician, Chewy Flanagan, was knowledgeable about his craft. My garage door froze up on a Friday noon. I called Precision and they came within a couple of hours , vary timely. The tech was very efficient and carefully pointed out two options. A lower cost fix but also a recommended more extensive but longer life time fix. As an engineer I recognized the validity of the more expensive fix and went with that. He was careful and effective. I certainly recommend them.

Chose this company after reading the reviews. I was very happy when I received a call from the technician saying that he had finished a job earlier then anticipated and if he could come take a look at my garage door earlier than scheduled. Of course this being the day before Thanksgiving I was happy to hear that he could come earlier so I agreed. On arrival the technician was very courteous and professional. I showed him what was wrong with my garage door and he made the necessary repairs in a timely matter. Really knew his job and exactly what needed to be done. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a good company to fix any garage door problem

The garage door guy was great! He saw the problem immediately and said it was because the sensor was covered by the garbage bin. Wwow.... I am so glad I did not have to change my garage motor. Phew. $50 bucks! HA!

Everything went smoothly from the time I called until the technician arrived at my door. He called and told me what time he was going to be there and he was on time. He was installing a new opener and gave me options as to the type of openers he had. There was no pressure to install a certain brand. After the install was completed and he cleaned up his work area, (there was really nothing to clean because he cleaned as he went) Cory explained everything I needed to know. He was very good at what he did. I would highly recommend Precision as your go to garage door company.

We had a pretty serious problem occur Friday at our home garage in Woodside--a bolt at the top of the garage door had come loose and stuck out and when the garage door motor tried to open the door, the door stuck on the bolt and the garage door pull arm ripped completely out of the garage door top, breaking the top of the door, and warped the opener track very severely. I found Precision just by going online and when I read the website and saw the number of awards they have received I felt comfortable giving them a try. when I called, right away I got a nice gentleman online named Derek who made an appointment for one of your repair experts, Josh, to come to our home on Sunday, today, with no extra "weekend" charge. The window for Josh was 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM and right on the dot at 12:00 PM Josh called and said he would be there at 12:30 PM and he was. I could not have asked for a better repair person; Josh was very intelligent, knew exactly what he was doing, had everything he needed on the truck to fix the problem, and was just a delight personally to work with in solving the problem. it was very evident to me that his knowledge of how garage doors work and how to fix them was at a level of expertise that enable him to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and well. This is one of those consumer experiences that needs to be honored as I'm doing here because from making my call to the quality and promptness and friendliness of the service, it could not have been better. If we are in need help on the garage door again, I cannot imagine going anywhere else.

Jim was great. Fast service. Probably could have shopped for less expensive service and new garage motor but I would pay again for service and how it was really fast and awesome.
