Chad was on-time, professional and courteous. Job was done with care and concern for my home. I have used Precision Garage Door Service several times in the 21 years I have owned my home. It went great . The technician (Rafael) arrived and looked at my garage door opener. He said the garage door opener opened and closed rather loudly. The technician and I discussed options and the prices. I picked the one garage door that I felt was an upgrade to the one I had. I also asked Rafael to replace the rollers on the garage door. The work took about two hours.
