Our experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was outstanding. From the moment we called until the technician waved good bye after fixing our door, we received top notch customer service. James, our technician, provided friendly, courteous, and professional service while maintaining a good sense of humor. He was everything we needed in a technician after the very stressful experience of our garage door getting stuck. He explained what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost. It was obvious that he enjoyed his work and was excited about rebuilding an older garage door. His trainee Ron was very polite and courteous as well and I'm sure he will be a great technician after being trained by someone as capable as James. Thank you for coming out the same day and working until after 8:00 on a Saturday evening.
