Had an opener failure at my house, wife was at home I was in Sacramento; She said who do I call, I said Precision ! She called and got a service window; installer arrived (within window) was great, outstanding attitude and very knowledgeable. He replaced my 20 year old loud opener with a lift master device that is so silent ! Unbelievable experience and a true 5 star experience.

I had a spring break! I knew it had to be replaced. The Tech showed me other issues and repaired them all. Now I have a safe garage door that will last another 10 years. Good workmanship. Especially showing me the issues,frayed cables, etc.

Our old heavy wooden garage door was falling apart and the lifting mechanism hadn't worked in years. We checked Home Depot but it would take SIX weeks! from the time a contractor verified our needs and placed the order. So I searched for local companies. Precision was Diamond certified and received high review ratings so we called them. They promised an appointment the same day but missed it. However the next day Mike Munoz came in, checked our current garage and helped us decide upon the type of door and the type of opener. And complimented us on doing our homework. Despite our frame being 8ft instead of the usual 7 x 16, Mike checked and they had a door in stock in the color we wanted. He tried setting up an appointment New Year's Eve but we were not surprised to have that pushed to Wednesday. I mean, who wants to work on that day. But Mike did try to get our door as soon as possible. The Precision team of Luigi Lopez and Phillip Nguyen showed up on time and finished far sooner then the estimated six hours. We got the two remotes and outside keypad and they made sure it all worked. Then Luigi noticed that one of the panels had a slight crease. He promptly drew our attention to this and scheduled returning to replace the panel. I don't know if I would have noticed it myself. Luigi and Phillip returned today and quickly replaced the damaged panels and made sure everything still worked. I have to say I was extremely pleased dealing with Precision and have recommended them to my neighbors. And based upon the outstanding service I received from sales to installation to Tina in the office keeping me informed, I know that if I have any problems they will respond quickly and efficiently. I cannot praise this company enough.

Thank you for sending John over to assist me in diagnosing the malfunction of my garage door which I purchased 5 years ago through another company at Costco. After plugging the Master Lift back on, he quickly realized there was a malalignment of one of my light sensors. What a relief! I am grateful for his warm and genuine concern for my situation. In addition, if I experience any problem within a 3 month period of time, I am permitted to have the issue reassessed at no additional cost by the team..How great is that?

Garage door spring snapped, unable to open garage and it’s the Saturday of New Year’s weekend. Called at 10:30am, spoke to a pleasant customer service rep, confirmed a repair person between 3-7pm, SAME DAY. Received a call from repair person at 3:15pm confirming arrival within 20 minutes. My garage door would only open a few inches, and I was unable to get my car out of the garage. The problem was a tension spring break. After reading a lot of rave reviews, I called Precision. I had plans later in the day, and Tina in the office made sure that a technician would arrive in time to do the repair and get me on my way. Gabe was fabulous. He immediately saw the issue but also took a careful look at the entire door mechanism, asked if I had had any problems, etc. He then priced out the details of the needed repair and offered one additional suggestion, which he made clear was completely optional but would improve the overall functioning of the door. No pressure. He finished the work in less than his time estimate, and the door works perfectly. I'm happy, and I highly recommend Precision.

Everything went as planned, Tech was great, install done correctly. Only issue was neither of us could program Home Link on my 2006 Corvette. Tech knocked off another $10.00, to bring price down to $609.00. I did get a call from a competitor after I made the appointment and Teck was enroute. They quoted me same opener at $545.00 total price installed. So I think you should check you’re pricing to be competitive? I stayed with my appointment even though that cost me money. I was told my springs are getting weak, but quoted price of $175.00 each to replace seemed excessive to me. Another company has a special at $250.00 for both?

I needed a repair on an existing garage door where the chain had broken two days before Thanksgiving. Not a huge crisis, but still not only did they schedule me within 24 hours. The tech encountered a problem he didn't expect that stopped him for moment, he dealt with it calmly and creatively found an alternative way to fix it the same day instead of just postponing a until after the holiday (which I would have accepted as a completely legitimate reason).
