The technician, Jerry Parker, was very thorough with information regarding the opener. He installed the opener carefully and explained all aspects (some different from our old one). He was very friendly and brought very nice music to listen to while working. We enjoyed it. He carefully cleaned up when he was finished. So far we are very happy with the opener. 5 star

I was fortunate that I remembered "Precision" from the ads I see and hear on TV. The company that left their sticker on mt old door opener didn't answer the phone and I was put in an endless loop. When I called precision a (Surprise) real human answered the phone and set up an appointment at MY earliest convenience. (They were willing to come immediately but I wasn't at home at the time) The technician that came the next day (Jerry Parker) was an absolute gem. Hew did everything he could to save the old opener and when I decided I didn't want to take a chance with it failing again (it was working but intermittently) he explained carefully all of the options, all of the price points and all of the benefits of each. I chose a model that I felt best suited us and Jerry installed it like a Pro!! I would recommend Jerry and Precision to anybody.

I have had a lot of problems with my garage door and had various companies out. ABSOLUTELY this has been the best company and best experience I have in terms of knowledge, personality and punctuality for years from any service company. The garage SPECIALIST who came out was Jerry Parker and he quickly assessed the situation, found the faults, offered the solutions and more importantly suggested (but did not push) other structural changes that can be preventative and would improve function.. I had a little problem with communication with your office and the driver. Putting this aside the installer was totally knowledgeable and very efficient in door installation. It took about 2 hours and he took the time show me what I need too for the door a few times a year. The installer was very pleasant and very professional throughout the job. have used Percision garage door for the past 6 years. They are extremely reliable, dependable and courteous. I recommend them to all my friends for any door needs. over the years they hand done normal maintenance, replaced door springs, and opener. The person that came out this time Gabriel was excellent. I’m had called time around 5pm on a friday to repair a broken spring and he was able to take the service that day and have the repair completed before 8pm. he even adjusted and extend the door sensors at no extra charge.

I give this company zero stars for keeping me waiting over 4 hrs for the tech to arrive. Who wants to wait that long for the tech to arrive and then find out they are the last appointment for the day? If I was informed I would get this type of treatment, I would have called someone else who treats customers better and shows up on time. This could be you so BEWARE of this company! I tried to call the company after waiting 4 hrs and the person taking the call did not want to help me until I insisted she find out if the technician was coming. She may have been the one who decided I get to be the last appointment because it was convenient for the technician to end his day near his home. This is not customer service when the scheduling is favorable to the technician, but not the customer. BEWARE--this could happen to you! A four-hour window for service calls is not reasonable so don't use this company because you could be waiting five or more hours for someone to show up!

Great service. The technician showed up at the window promised on the earlier side. He did not try to up sell me, instead mentioned that I did not need a new opener after all, just new rollers and spring and tighten the loose bolts at the opener motor. It works and sounds like new.

I was very happy with the service of your service tech, Jerry Parker. He kept me posted on his arrival to El Granada on this day, a rainy day. He quoted me a price on repairs of a 25 year old, 5 panel roll up wood door before he continued. He installed a new spring and cables and much more needs of such a old door.
