I'm so glad my aunt gave me this number to call Precision Garage Door service. Yesterday I noticed the garage door not opening and closing properly. I called this morning and was able to have a technician come to my house at 10am. Sheridan, my technician, diagnosed the problem and completed the job efficiently. He was professional and friendly, followed COVID precautions. I am pleased with the work he did in such short time. I definitely recommend and would use Precision Garage Door service again. Thank you!

We hired Precision Door Service to upgrade our garage door. Al is an amazing honest guy. He explained to us the process clearly. Sean was the tech responsible for installation. The whole process was amazing! Called to get a quote - they came within a couple days, helped us order exactly what we needed within a great price range. They said 6-8 weeks the doors will be ready and at 7 weeks they called get us scheduled. The day of service was phenomenal - Moises removed all three of garage doors (45 year old HEAVY doors), installed all three new garage doors and cleaned up everything perfectly within a day- all by himself! I highly recommend Precision!

Your technician told me that state regulations did not allow him to attempt any repair. He immediately tried to sell me a whole new door and opener. He further told me that my unit had a malfunctioning mother board and I should not use the unit. The next day I had someone else repair a loose wire connecting the opener to my malfunctioning wall switch. This fixed my problem. Needless to say the call was most unsatisfactory and unethical

Garage door would only open 2 feet. Called Precision, they were able to diagnose the problem over the phone based on very detailed questions they asked (it was a broken spring). They came out the very next day, had all the supplies they needed to fix the problem, and we now have a working door. Technician Paulino was prompt, polite, and thorough. HIGHLY recommend Precision, outstanding service and quality of work!!! Thank you.

The service was great from the start to the finish, The tech came out and answer my questions concerning my garage door and the price was 400 dollars cheaper than two others competitors. And precision doors, had more doors to choose from. The insulation time and the tech which installed the door was knowledgeable of the job in hand. Great customer service and professional installation. Al came to give me an estimate, I thought I needed a complete opener assembly and a new door. He was very thorough and told me that my door was fine, just one panel needed replacing and recommended that I use a carpenter to fix that rather than replace the whole thing. The opener had stopped working suddenly (it was ancient), but when Al arrived it was working again - he was totally ok with that and talked me through why it might be intermittent. I decided to go with Precision because he was so honest and thorough. Sheridan came today to install the new opener and did a great job. There were some special conditions within my garage, but he adapted to them easily and I am very pleased with the results. Overall, I would recommend Precision Door highly.

Alex K. called me prior to his arrival to repair my garage door. He was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, precise, and replaced the broken springs and end bearing plates, corrected an error by the person who had changed my garage door opener six months prior, tightened the belt and loose screws, lubricated essential parts of the garage door and the opener, advised me how to care for the hinges using appropriate lubricant, and tweaked several other issues regarding the remote control. I feel safer going in and out of my garage now with his expert care. Thank you so very much, Alex!

Fantastic service and ( so far) a fantastic product. Technician was thorough, very professional and neat. He explained why the old motor failed( power surge) and how the new motor with a surge protector would prevent that. He was sure to answer any questions that I had and did not leave until he was sure the door was working perfectly, the work area was clean and that I was comfortable with the operation of the new motor. I very much appreciated that he called 20 minutes before arriving and was well within the 4 hour window that was allocated to my service.
