I could not open our garage door, called Precision and they sent Paul Brinkman. In less than an hour, Paul was there and helped open the door. He then explained various options for repair and immediately began work. Our door has never worked better. I called Precision based on your advertising but also by word of mouth recommendation. I was very satisfied with with all aspects of Precision from the woman who answered my call to the technician who came to the house. Both were very professional, courteous and helpful. James was upfront about all the repair work and parts needed and the pricing. He was an able to repair my garage door opener in a couple hours. Very satisfied!

The technician arrived later than scheduled, but had kept in touch to advise me of his estimated arrival time. Plus. Alex sold me on Precision as a quality, customer-service company. He did not try to make a "bigger deal" (more expensive) problem out of the door repair and did not "add-on" charges, as I have experienced with another garage door company. And the charge was reasonable. He did have a "soft sale" approach as to what more the door needed, but it was put more in terms of information rather than a sales pitch (which is a turn-off). My old door will see more of Precision in the future.

I used Precision Doors because there reviews were so good. After using them I can see way. They are on time, kind, respectful, clean and patient. They meaning on both service calls they had no problem educating the client (me). I had questions and asked to be shown several different things. Joel was so patient, understanding and thoughtful in his explanations and then made sure all my questions were answered. He educated me in areas I had no understanding and I felt he took time for me. I didn’t get the bums rush which happens on many occasions elsewhere. I tell everyone I speak to how grand this company is. Not to be corny but it’s like family the overall honest and trustworthiness.

Alex called 30 minutes in advance and arrived accordingly. He articulated options and guided me to the appropriate decision with best options for service and cost. My door needed an annual maintenance which it had never had since install in 2019. He went to work and did a thorough job. Explained what he did & what to do if I ever I needed to close door manually at the panel . Very pleasant, efficient technician.

The spring on our garage door broke in the late afternoon and we needed someone to repair it so we could put our car in the garage before going out of town. Our handyman recommended Precision at 3:30pm. By 5:30pm Sheridan Abad showed up, assessed the situation, gave us a quote and replaced the coil and hardware in under an hour. Sheridan was fast, courteous and professional. We will call Precision anytime we have any garage door needs again!!!

I choose Precision because you installed my garage door but I didn’t expect such awesome service and so quickly! I called after two to report that my garage door was jammed. I expected to be told someone would be out in two or three days. He came out around 5 or 5:30. Fixed the door so it works now, showed me how to use the manual opener which I could never work before, helped me reset my code on the outdoor control and reconnected the opener to my WiFi so that I could access it remotely again (that failed during one of our power outages). All in all an outstanding experience and so much sooner than I ever expected!! If I could give ten stars I would.

I was very disappointed in the service. I called and asked for advise to set my remote app on my Iphone. Instead they sent out a tech. He was no help and refused to give any advise. He was very rude. I was chaged $70 for no help or advise. I will think twice before I call again

Brandon established a good business relationship with me from the start. He made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. (client) He immediately identified the problem with my garage door system. (the key pad) He further evaluated the system and pointed out other weaknesses of the system and advised of time tables for maintenance. Brandon then switched out the key pad and assisted me in programing the key pad. Upon completion, the system was in good working order.
