L. Baylas phoned to inform me when he would arrive, and he was prompt. He inspected the top panel of the garage door, and said it was O.K. The bottom three panels have been ordered from the supplier. Tina will call in 6 - 8 weeks when the new panels are available and installation can be scheduled. Baylas said we are "good to go."

Precision Technicians are responsive and professional. They first serviced my garage door that hadn't been serviced in a very long time and were able to do the necessary repairs on the first visit. I had to call them back 8 months later because the outside keypad they had installed wasn't working. Since it was still under warranty, they not only came out the day after I called, but replaced the keypad with a new one for no cost. I strongly recommend them.

We were very pleased with the work done, installing a new garage door and new opener. This is a 5 star service on a scale of 1 - 5 stars, 5 is the best. From the time I called and appointment made promptly for next day repair for the garage door. The waiting time window is 4 hours but the technician called in advance to keep you informed of the arrival time, and he showed up promptly. The technician answered all questions asked and demonstrated how to maintain and protect the garage hinges by lubricating those vital structures of the garage door. The repair fee is reasonal and senior has discount ! Thank for the professional work, and being available anytime as needed.
