I found Precision Doors to be professional at all levels. Brandon from Precision Doors made the repairs. Not only did he replace the broken spring, Brandon pointed out and replaced failing bearings. He also checked door alignment and fixed a couple significant issues there. As a result, my garage door works better than ever (25 years here).

Specialists in garage doors, you get what you pay for. We had Jerry out, very punctual and called 30 minutes in advance. Evaluated our situation and we settled on a side mount unit due to extremely low overhead space. He had to go back to shop to pick unit up as they don't stock them on trucks. Called when he was on his way back, again great communication.. All in all, wonderful experience. Jerry shared all of the knowledge with me on how to operate. Total install time was about 2 hours. But I'm impressed as the unit is extremely quiet and has all bells and whistles. Total cost about $1k with 5 year warranty. Could have had done for cheaper but these guys are pros so it was well worth it!

Called Jason yesterday at 5:30pm. Setup service appointment for today. Jerry arrived exactly on time. Showed him door and the issue. Then he went to work and showed me what he would do and at what cost. After we approved the work he took care of door. No parts required. He mad necessary adjustments and lubricated everywhere needed. The door and opener are about forty years old but now work fine. Took about 90 minutes for work. We are happy!

We just wanted to install a garage door lock after a burglary. Jerry was very good at letting me know what was and wasn't possible with my set-up. He was also not only empathetic about the break-in, but helped explain some things about how thieves can jimmy a door. Very informative, quick work, wore rubber gloves . . . Good dude.

The spring on my building's garage door broke on a Saturday morning and I knew we could not wait till Monday to have it fixed. Precision had high ratings on Yelp and HomeAdvisor, AND is open weekends! We got an appointment Sunday morning and technician Sheridan Abad showed up right on time. It took a couple of hours, but he replaced very old equipment with new springs, rollers and cables. Everything works great now and the door is even quieter than before. Thanks to Sheridan for the great work.

Great and quick service! We were ready to throw in the towel and finally buy a new garage door as ours had pretty much stopped working and made loud banging noises when it would open/close. We called on a Saturday and had a sales associate our on Monday. Our associate spent time with my husband going over our options, but ultimately told us the door itself was just fine; it was the motor that was shot. It's now Thursday and we just had a new motor installed (1/3 to 1/5 the price of a new door) and we couldn't be happier! The motor is so quiet and works so well; we are in the 21st century! We got a keypad, remote sensors, timers, the whole shebang for less than $1K. Couldn't be happier and will definitely recommend Precision Door!

I am extremely happy and satisfied with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and Josh Kinder, the technician who came out to my house. I called Precision at 4:50 P.M. on a Thursday, and Josh Kinder arrived that afternoon at about 7:30 P.M. Josh quickly diagnosed my garage door opener problems. He installed a new garage door belt opener and a new trolley. Josh was very professional and very thorough in his work, and he explained to me all of the required settings of the new state of the art opener and remotes. His installation work was first rate. When you call Precision, you get a live person answering the call. You also get an immediate e-mail response when you hire Precision for service. I recommend Josh Kinder and Precision any time you need garage door service, repairs, or installation of new products.

I called Precision based on the number of good reviews on Yelp. Jessica (who answered the phone) was polite and helpful, and scheduled my service for the same day (I could have had it that very morning, but I had to run an errand). Sheridan came in the early part of the window, and fully explained all that need to be done. (The spring had broken; the cable was frayed... very frayed.) Then... he did it! Very quickly, I might add--but thoroughly. Thanks for prompt and reliable service.

Chose this company because it had good reviews. Here are my issues. I called over the weekend and got a quote over the phone to replace a broken garage door motor, $500.00 plus $50 service fee that I get a partial credit for if I choose to do the work. Ok so I make the appt. Tech was on time. Told me $500.00 is the motor only, there is a different price if I want the rails and electric eyes? $639.00 plus tax. I don't know about you but don't gargage door opens come with all of that in the box? Ok, I need this thing replaced so I agree. Work is done, gives me the invoice, $699.00 plus tax, charged me exra for the rail, remote, and no credit for $50.00 service call. So what was originally $500.00 plus tax and partial service call ended up being $847.00 Honetly this is probably in the ballpark of what most companies charge. Another guy called me back after I agreed to this company and it was $650.00 all included. My real issue is the different prices I kept getting. Given a choice I would not use this company again.

Replaced mainspring, brackets, cable spools. It was not cheap, by any means. I have no comparison from another provider, but sheesh. $1200 for an hours work seems like a lot to me. None of this reflects on your service provider who was excellent. Sheridan Abad.

You guys are awesome! We had an epic fail on Saturday of a 25+ year motor that died and Sheridan showed up on Sunday ~9am. We ended up replacing motors on two doors (so we don't have to do the emergency drill again) plus parts that were beginning to wear out. Sheridan was great. The door opening/closing is so quiet you have to check to make sure they are really opening. Thank you again!

Paulino M. came out to perform the necessary repairs/replacements to our garage door. I made the call to Precision around 4:00pm and they had Paulino M. out to our house in SSF by 5:00pm!! My wife was the only one home as I had to be at work. She told me that Paulino was extremely courteous. She also said that Paulino worked efficiently and neatly. I checked his work when I got home and was very pleased. I am an Elevator Mechanic by trade for the past 38 years and I easily recognize when someone takes pride in their work. Precision should be proud to have Paulino on their workforce and representing their Company. When we receive service of this kind, pricing becomes secondary. I am impress with the staffs at Precision Garage Door from the speedy dispatchers, the knowledgeable and skillful technician (JAMES W) and his trainee Solomon. James troubleshoot my garage door problems and replaced it with a new motor w/lLED, torsion springs, bearings, hinges, 18' torsion tube and drums.
