i am happy that my issue was fixed but i think the technician was not straight foerward about what was actually wrong nor did he describe how it was fixed. i was under the impression that he thought i was stupid.

Picked your company due to rating on diamond certified directory. Called Friday morning and was told a technician would come to our house that afternoon. The tech came and did a great job explaning everything that would have to be done for a proper repair and update of the system. When he left later that day the door was working perfectly. We are very pleased by the job done by Gavin Poncey. 5 stars !!!

I'm very happy with the service, both over the phone and in person. I needed a repair, sent a request and was able to get it fixed the next day. Carlos was my technician and he was great. He explained by repair, required maintenance needed now and in the future. I was given an estimate and the repair I knew I needed, plus another issue were completed quickly. My door is working better than ever and I have the info I need to keep it that way. I am very pleased and will definitely call again if another issue comes up. I highly recommend this company. I had them adjust my chain last year & they did a good job so when my spring broke, I called them again based on my previous experience. The 2 techs were professionals & answered all my questions although I think the parts replaced were a bit pricy based on what I see out there.

Each time we have worked with Precision Door, we have had a good experience. The personnel who complete the work are knowledgeable and helpful. In the most recent experience with Precision Door, Precision Door personnel Brandon provided service. Brandon assessed the need and immediately knew what was needed to resolve the concern. We scheduled a rerun appointment where Brandon completed the recommended work. Brandon explained the work, completed the work in a timely manner and answered our questions (even when they may have been redundant questions). Lorenzo was so efficient that he soon found an electrical wire that was not wholly removed from the power source causing the garage door to open. Very pleased with the arrival time and courteous service.

Joel Jaimez was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and followed through with his work. He installed a new motor/belt drive garage door opener and cables. Upon installation, there were issues with the motor and its remotes (technical issues with the device that are not his fault) so we discussed him coming the next day to install a new one and he followed through. He immediately came in the next day to replace the motor and install a new one that works perfectly. He communicated well and displayed good customer service throughout the whole process. We are very satisfied with the service and will call and recommend Precision Door Service again for any garage door issues.

this was for estimate only the person that dame for the estimate is a real thief, he told me that I needed a new motor and new springs new doors and many other small things I was able to find someone to fix the problem the new person told me that the motor is working no issues other then it was jammed the only problem with the door is the bottom part he was able to replace only the bottom part he told me the spring nothing wrong with it no need to change now everything is working as it should and I paid 1/3 of what your service person wanted to charge me I will never recommend your company

Sheridan was one of the most helpful people I've ever worked with in the service industry - so much so that I asked him if he fixed anything else besides garage doors because he was such a pleasure to work with. He replaced the spring, the torsion tube, the bottom brackets, both drums, and re-aligned the sensors, all of which he explained to me the purpose and the price for each while giving me options for what I could replace now vs. later based on my price tolerance. He was communicative, prepared, educational, patient, and was so fast to both diagnose and fix all of the issues. Sheridan is a gold standard in the service industry and hire him any and every time.

I called at 130 on a Sunday for a broken spring. By 230 Mario had arrived, assessed the situation and by 430 everything was done, neatly, and efficiently. Outstanding service. Mario was thoughtful about explaining the options and we are so delighted that we have ordered a new door - after 30 years, we decided that could afford an upgrade :) Love the service!
