We had a fantastic experience with Precision to replace our old, noisy, garage door. They sent an awesome designer Moran Criveano to talk us through our options and she made us feel super confident in our decision. The door arrived in a few weeks and was installed in a few hours. The only thing I’d make sure you do is if you need a new outlet installed, make sure you get that done separately and ahead of time and ask the team to tell you exactly where it’s needed. Otherwise, super smooth and easy process and our new door looks (and sounds) great!

Precision Garage Door service, namely Sheridan Abad was terrific! He was kind and professional. I had a 20 year old system and the keypad was no longer working reliably to enter the house. Sheridan identified the parts that needed to be replaced, showing me the wear and tear on the old parts. He did not try to oversell anything and gave me options I could consider that fit within my budget. The pictures are of the new system, new motor, keypad, 2 remotes and a User Guide. He showed me how to operate each new item, and the new system whirs softly when opening and closing! No more screechy old rusted rings from the old system. I am thrilled with Precision and especially with Sheridan Abad.!! His years of experience really shine as he upgrades my system. Just a fantastic, efficient, professional experience all around. We had to replace a very old single panel door in a garage opening that was nonstandard and required closer attention including custom framing. Everything came out perfect, looks great and is so much smoother and quieter now. A special shout out to Moran Criveano who was my first point of contact, took initial measurements, worked with me on the design and picking out the right door, and guided me throughout the process. I especially appreciated how responsive she was in getting back to me quickly when I had questions or concerns. Brandon was helpful and knowledgeable and took the second set of measurements to make sure they'd get the door and tracks just right. Our installer Luigi and colleague were professional and friendly and finished in timely fashion and left the entire area clean and spotless. Luigi walked me through some of the new advanced features to make sure I was aware of some of the new tech bells and whistles. The door and opener are topnotch quality, very smooth and quiet in opening and closing. Many thanks to Moran and the Precision Garage Door team -- all in all a wonderful experience with a complete garage door replacement that we had initially been stressed about.
