Precision gets 5 stars from us. Our overhead torsion spring broke early one morning. When I called Precision, someone answered the phone immediately and our service technician, Brandon, was at our house a few hours later. Brandon was at our house 8 years ago to install a new garage door opener. Both times he was very pleasant, personable and professional. Thank you Brandon and thank you Precision.

The whole process was amazing! Called to get a quote - they came within a couple days, helped us order exactly what we needed within a great price range. They said 6-8 weeks the doors will be ready and at 7 weeks they called get us scheduled. The day of service was phenomenal - Moises removed all three of garage doors (45 year old HEAVY doors), installed all three new garage doors and cleaned up everything perfectly within a day- all by himself! Your technician told me that state regulations did not allow him to attempt any repair. He immediately tried to sell me a whole new door and opener. He further told me that my unit had a malfunctioning mother board and I should not use the unit. The next day I had someone else repair a loose wire connecting the opener to my malfunctioning wall switch. This fixed my problem. Needless to say the call was most unsatisfactory and unethical

Great customer service and professional installation. Al came to give me an estimate, I thought I needed a complete opener assembly and a new door. He was very thorough and told me that my door was fine, just one panel needed replacing and recommended that I use a carpenter to fix that rather than replace the whole thing. The opener had stopped working suddenly (it was ancient), but when Al arrived it was working again - he was totally ok with that and talked me through why it might be intermittent. I decided to go with Precision because he was so honest and thorough. Sheridan came today to install the new opener and did a great job. There were some special conditions within my garage, but he adapted to them easily and I am very pleased with the results. Overall, I would recommend Precision Door highly.
