At first I went with another garage door company, but was not completely satisfied. I called Precision and they sent Bashir to help us. He explained all of the various elements of a garage door system to me, very patiently. He pointed out several things that I never would have figured out on my own. Ultimately, he was able to get the door fixed and in the process, he educated us on what to expect going forward. I learned a lot about the motor, the springs, the tracks, the rail, the belt and the sensors. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable. In addition, he saved us some money.

Brandon came today to fix my doors that wouldn't lock and the other one wouldn't roll up. He was very knowledgeable and explained what he was going to do. After he was finished I tested both doors and they worked perfectly. I was very satisfied with the service I received. The big spring that makes it possible for the electric motor to lift the heavy door suddenly cracked. It was a chaotic situation because contractors needed to get into the garage to do work in the backyard. Our technician, Bachir, made a point of getting to our place early in the day and completed his work before the other contractors arrived. His service was great!

Needed a new bracket bolted to the garage door. Patrick, our technician provided a 20” long x 3” wide piece of steel bolted to the door. An excellent piece of craftsmanship. It took Patrick only 10 minutes to uninstall the old 2” bracket and install the new one. Very pleased with the work.

I called Precision Garage Door from a TV ad and had a return call from Moran Criveano, a sales agent w/in 5 min. She came to our home and made a presentation of their product and its benefits, and took the time necessary time to make sure I understood the answers. I told her we were repainting our entire home and cost would certainly be a factor. She didn't bat an eye but doubled down on all of the benefits. I didn't know the price yet but wrote down a number with which I could be happy. I asked her to do the same. She said she couldn't sell for what I had written down, but she also didn't quit trying to get to a # on which we might agree. We did, and because I didn't cheapen the door by choosing inferior parts I now have a whisper quiet, beautiful door w/ a life-time warranty waiting for the rain to leave so I can get it painted by a co. that also gives a life-time warranty on their paint job. - - - - - if you work w/Moran, you won't be disappointed - - - - - I've been in real estate sales for more than 55 years and know a good salesperson when I see one!

They showed up the same day the garage door failed and bent. It was not fixable so we had to order a new door and system. We ordered it and two days later the new one arrived with one man who took out the old bent door and hardware and installed a new beautiful door and programed our remote control switches. The installer could not have been faster in his working and installed the new door very quickly. He was most helpful in explaining the we could no longer have our switch in the house to open the old door. Therefore we had to get an additional remote to use from the house. Everything was so smooth and professionally done!!
