I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing a garage door repair. My initial call was answered quickly and courteously (bonus points for a company that still believes that how you treat customers matters), and they were able to schedule service within 24 hours. The gentleman that repaired our door was on time, provided me with different options and price points, and completed the repair quickly. I wouldn't necessarily say the repair was 'cheap', but I felt that the price was fair and based on the quality of the parts used and my overall experience, I absolutely got my money's worth. Again, I would recommend to anyone.

The first time they came out replaced all of the hardware on my garage door, saving the original door - thus preserving the look of my building. At that time they also installed a new opener. Through no fault of their own the opener, while not actually defective, just kind of sucked, They replaced it with a different model free of charge. Our garage door torsion spring broke on a weekend. Late Saturday night by live chat I was able to obtain an appointment for Monday. Mario arrived on time and called before arriving. He carefully examined all aspects of the door mechanisms, and replaced all of the torsion springs. He carefully checked the door balance with the springs, and changed one of the springs 2 times to get the balance perfect. He lubricated all the moving parts. The door operates better now than it ever has. I was very impressed with his knowledge and skill. He also patiently answered all of my questions. I will use Precision Garage Door Service in the future and recommend them to others.

Al Chorro provide excellent expert service on 3/23/22 regarding my garage door damage by a biker. Al had exceeded my expectation. I had another garage door with a broken spring. Al informed that a technician would need to provide estimate. My scheduled technician appointment for 3/26/22 was missed by technician. My appointment was rescheduled 3/28/22. I met Travis Behn, technician. He was excellent. Unfortunately, I was not prepared for estimated repair cost at this time. I was aware of inspection fee. Travis had kindly waived charges due to missed 3/26 appt. I appreciate Precision's exceptional service and integrity. This is a 5 star service on a scale of 1 - 5 stars, 5 is the best. From the time I called and appointment made promptly for next day repair for the garage door. The waiting time window is 4 hours but the technician called in advance to keep you informed of the arrival time, and he showed up promptly. The technician answered all questions asked and demonstrated how to maintain and protect the garage hinges by lubricating those vital structures of the garage door. The repair fee is reasonal and senior has discount ! Thank for the professional work, and being available anytime as needed.

Precision Technicians are responsive and professional. They first serviced my garage door that hadn't been serviced in a very long time and were able to do the necessary repairs on the first visit. I had to call them back 8 months later because the outside keypad they had installed wasn't working. Since it was still under warranty, they not only came out the day after I called, but replaced the keypad with a new one for no cost. I strongly recommend them.

Response was polite. Service person met the window I was quoted and fixed the problem (which wasn't an easy repair). Mario was very competent and polite. I would never hesitate using this company! And the service was on a Sunday when I couldn't my regular people out!
