Having service available on a Saturday afternoon was a great. Our spring was broken and we could not lift the door automatically or manually. We needed our car early Sunday morning. You have a great website and let us know that you could help. Having a live person to speak with on our initial call was outstanding. We set up an appointment. Paul Brinkman came as scheduled about 4pm and explained to us what was needed and made some recommendations. He made the repair and showed us how to properly maintain the door. Garage door spring broke about 4:00 PM locking in both cars. Paul was here by 5:00 and completely replaced springs, pulleys, cables etc. by 7:30. Excellent explanation of problems and solutions.
