Salvador did an excellent job inspecting all of the operating parts for our 20-year old door for wear with safety in mind. We knew the opener motor had burned out, but he also checked springs, rollers, bearings and cables. We have an extra heavy solid wood door and many of the parts were worn and dangerous. He explained to us which ones were worn out and what had to be replaced. He was professional and did a great job installing a new opener and replacing rollers. The rest of the parts that were worn will be replaced during a second trip since they had to be ordered - unique to our very heavy wood door. Thanks for the excellent service!

Precision Door Services returned our emergency call within 10 min. The door would not close due to malfunctioning cables. Their technician, Jose Brizvela, was at our San Mateo home within 45 min. from our phone call. Jose replaced the drums and cables within 30 min and the door was able to close. Jose also provided us with information on how to maintain our door which we appreciated. All work done at a fair and reasonable price. Precision Door and Jose are professionals who know garage doors and have parts available on the spot to fix real time.

Alex called 30 minutes in advance and arrived accordingly. He articulated options and guided me to the appropriate decision with best options for service and cost. My door needed an annual maintenance which it had never had since install in 2019. He went to work and did a thorough job. I was very disappointed in the service. I called and asked for advise to set my remote app on my Iphone. Instead they sent out a tech. He was no help and refused to give any advise. He was very rude. I was chaged $70 for no help or advise. I will think twice before I call again

I had them adjust my chain last year & they did a good job so when my spring broke, I called them again based on my previous experience. The 2 techs were professionals & answered all my questions although I think the parts replaced were a bit pricy based on what I see out there.

Today Kyle came out to repair our garage door. From the very beginning he was nothing but fantastic. He was kind, polite, and respectful. He was knowledgeable about his work and did everything he could to find a solution to our problem. When one thing that work he tried another. He also took the time to explain to us every step and why it worked or did not work. He seemed to enjoy his profession which made it all better. He did not try to treat us as though he wanted to jack-up service/cost as high as possible. Instead he just searched for solutions. We were completely impressed by him and the company. My appt was set for 11/18 from 2-10pm. I rec'd a call at 230pm that the tech would not make it as he ran into some issues & would re-schedule for 11/19 & offered to waive the $49.95 fee which I accepted as the door was still operational. Tech was supposed to be Kyle. The tech Kyle arrived on 11/19 & said that he did not know anything about the appt from 11/18 & did not have me on his schedule for 11/18?? Anyways Kyle did a good job & my chain was bent that may need to be replaced sometime in the future. Ok for now as other options were too pricey.
