Hello my name is Joel Jaimez, I’m from a small town in the west coast of Mexico called Ixtapa Zihuatanejo. I’ve lived in the San Jose area with my girlfriend and our five cats for the last two years and a half. I enjoy driving with my girlfriend to all the different places in the Bay area I’ve been in this country for six years and I’ve worked in many different areas as well, even though I’ve been here for six years I’m fluent in English and Spanish as well. I pride myself on being a very hard worker and I always do my best. I work diligently and am great at problem solving. One of my biggest goals is to help people out and I'm looking forward to working with you!

I used Precision Doors because there reviews were so good. After using them I can see way. They are on time, kind, respectful, clean and patient. They meaning on both service calls they had no problem educating the client (me). I had questions and asked to be shown several different things. Joel was so patient, understanding and thoughtful in his explanations and then made sure all my questions were answered. He educated me in areas I had no understanding and I felt he took time for me. I didn’t get the bums rush which happens on many occasions elsewhere. I tell everyone I speak to how grand this company is. Not to be corny but it’s like family the overall honest and trustworthiness.

Our technician, Joel, was meticulous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Before commencing the project, he patiently explained the options to us to refurbish and renovate our garage door hardware, including the merits of new springs, bearings, and motor. After completing the project, he thoroughly detailed the features of the new motor and remote controls. We commend Joel and his good work!

Joel arrived at my house on time, gave a very thorough assessment of my garage door opener problem, did the proposed work quickly and also did a couple of extra things such as oiling and doing maintenance on my existing garage door.
