After our very old overhead garage opener failed I called Precision. Technician James Walker was at our house the same day within the window of time that we agreed upon. Within 1 1/2 hours the motor was replaced and at a price that was below what I had expected. I am very pleased and recommend this company.

Had the gentleman out here to see about adjusting the garage door for a gap on the left bottom of the door. He did not give reasonable options to fix other than replacing the Concrete floors to make more level. I had Clarks pest control out earlier today and they installed new weatherstripping to my garage door and it still did not fix the issue so your garage door tech recommended that I call Clarks pest control back out to see if they could put a sticker weatherstrip on it. As a garage door repair service call we feel as though he should have offered to put a thicker weatherstrip there versus me calling my pest control company to do so. His main option for us was to rip out the concrete. After long conversations he offered to replace all rollers, etc since it’s an older door. But did still say it would not fix it since it’s an issue with the floor. Overall a waste of $50 and would never recommend the service.

Brandon was terrific! He came earlier than he said, was waiting for me to get home, and was so polite, efficient, and knowledgeable about garage doors! He repaired our "antique" wooden garage door, and serviced the parts. Who would have thought having a garage repair person come out to fix our garage door would have been such a nice experience! Fast, good, expensive. A quick google search shows that the repair these guys performs typically goes for about $300. They charged me over 1000! I will not be recommending them to my friends and neighbors, but will update yelp accordingly instead.

I remember seeing all the Precision Door Service commercials during the Covid-19 Shelter In Place period and was impressed that they did not miss a beat during this challenging time. So I decided to call this company because my garage door got caught on a box while closing, the cable got loose, and the garage door was misaligned. The person that answered my call was able to schedule a technician to come out within three hours. The technician, Jerry P. called me in advance to give me an ETA and pretty much showed up on time. Jerry quickly diagnosed the problem and got it fixed within an hour. Best of all, Jerry was honest and very professional and didn't try to push to fix or sell me something I did not need. Thank you Jerry for your great work and the Precision office team for being able to fit me in in such short notice.

Specialists in garage doors, you get what you pay for. We had Jerry out, very punctual and called 30 minutes in advance. Evaluated our situation and we settled on a side mount unit due to extremely low overhead space. He had to go back to shop to pick unit up as they don't stock them on trucks. Called when he was on his way back, again great communication.. All in all, wonderful experience. Jerry shared all of the knowledge with me on how to operate. Total install time was about 2 hours. But I'm impressed as the unit is extremely quiet and has all bells and whistles. Total cost about $1k with 5 year warranty. Could have had done for cheaper but these guys are pros so it was well worth it!

I called Precision at 4:50 P.M. on a Thursday, and Josh Kinder arrived that afternoon at about 7:30 P.M. Josh quickly diagnosed my garage door opener problems. He installed a new garage door belt opener and a new trolley. Josh was very professional and very thorough in his work, and he explained to me all of the required settings of the new state of the art opener and remotes. His installation work was first rate. When you call Precision, you get a live person answering the call. You also get an immediate e-mail response when you hire Precision for service. I recommend Josh Kinder and Precision any time you need garage door service, repairs, or installation of new products.

have used Percision garage door for the past 6 years. They are extremely reliable, dependable and courteous. I recommend them to all my friends for any door needs. over the years they hand done normal maintenance, replaced door springs, and opener. The person that came out this time Gabriel was excellent. I’m had called time around 5pm on a friday to repair a broken spring and he was able to take the service that day and have the repair completed before 8pm. he even adjusted and extend the door sensors at no extra charge.
