Brandan knows his product very well. We struggled with the garage door not operating for soooo long. Other service people came and went over the years, esp, this past year piecing together the mechanisms. Brandon immediately showed the issues. Faulty It's no longer a problem. Operating fine. When my automatic garage door would only close halfway, I called the initial company that installed the garage door years before. They came back 3X and kept putting a bandaid on the problem. By that I mean, never fixing the problem but instead just doing the minimum. They were horrible and I needed to make a change. I called Precision last night, Sunday night, at 8:00 PM. They called me back this AM, Monday at 9:00 AM and said they would be at my house in 30 minutes. They were at my door by 9:30 AM and the garage door was fixed by 11:00 AM. I now have a year warranty. Precision is efficient, nice, informative and I am thrilled to be done with the other company.

Was quoted one price over the phone and another that was 50% more when technicians started. They added extras that we did not want. They did not ask us where we wanted door opener and keypad located before drilling into our walls. Very disappointing from a company who claims they can be trusted.

Brandon established a good business relationship with me from the start. He made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. (client) He immediately identified the problem with my garage door system. (the key pad) He further evaluated the system and pointed out other weaknesses of the system and advised of time tables for maintenance. Brandon then switched out the key pad and assisted me in programing the key pad. Upon completion, the system was in good working order.
